9:10 You should make a video about making a woman "feel safe". As in the psychological mechanisms going on in the background of her brain. I've known guys (and I've done this myself) interpret this incorrectly. They're usual response is to come off as extraordinarily "nice" so she doesn't feel uncomfortable, which isn't what she means when she says this.
