Biggest thing for me has been learning to set boundaries (and STICKING to them) also daring to disagree even if it's with someone you like. Makes a huge difference. If you're always agreeing to try to impress the girl or fear "losing" her interest by disagreeing then gotta ask yourself, do you want a girl to fall in love with you or do you want her to fall in love with who you pretend to be? Trying to be her "ideal" man all the time becomes very tiring. Have opinions, personality.

4:25 Right. Emotionally there. My girlfriend keeps asking me money and telling me I don't have time for her when I'm one or two days without responding. Even though she ghosts me for longer when I need her. I could ignore her similarly. But knowing it's important to her, I tell her the truth, that I was sleeping because I hadn't been sleeping for a few days and had sleep debt, and she forgave me. Girls keep throwing these tests all the time and you have to know how to communicate their insecurities...
