Biggest thing for me has been learning to set boundaries (and STICKING to them) also daring to disagree even if it's with someone you like. Makes a huge difference. If you're always agreeing to try to impress the girl or fear "losing" her interest by disagreeing then gotta ask yourself, do you want a girl to fall in love with you or do you want her to fall in love with who you pretend to be?
