The one thing that every player must know about fast Money, Gold And XP in Red Dead Online is that constant grinding is ultimately preventing players from experiencing the game as Rockstar Games truly intended it to be played.
Most Red Dead Online players constantly search for quick money methods including quick gold and XP... but the best way to make money in RDR2 Online should never be extremely fast or quick.
How to make money in Red Dead Online is to take your time and have fun while growing steady money with the life of your character in the game for a much better gaming experience.
CEOFoxtrot specializes in providing a calm gaming experience which includes ideas of how to truly emerse yourself in RDR 2 Online if ever you become “bored” in the game.

@SanboxCult I appreciate everything you said and my intention for that video was certainly not to condemn anyone’s playing style... and I apologize to anyone I may have offended. Most of my friends finished RDR2’s entire story mode in about 2 tp 3 weeks. It took me almost a year to finish story mode... and whenever I mentioned things in the game to my friends, they always said that they never saw most of the things that I mentioned. I told them “well you didn’t finish the game then”. I’m just trying to let players know to just enjoy grinding the game at a reasonable pace and the money and gold will come naturally on the back end. I appreciate the great feedback! 😁👍🏼

Anyway, I created my channel just for the fact that there weren’t any channels on KZbin who wasn’t complaining about this amazing game. However we also run shine, collect and do dailies. We'll throw in a bounty here and there. Ive owned 40 horses. Rode them all in 2 plus years. I still have my original FT and Turk. Even bought a Shire just 2 days ago thanks to CEO Foxtrot lol. I usually ride a horse and switch it out every two days or so. Ive got a ton of cash and gold but that doesnt matter. me and about 5 of my friends just enjoy the game.

I uncontrollably agree with you. Literally players are so damn greedy!!!!! Like give rockstar a damn break! Players keep whining about updates. Money. Guns. They literally whine for everything to happen, and once it happens, they literally say “ rdr2 is dead, “ or ‘’ rdr2 doesn’t care about players nor the game in particular.‘’ LIKE IT WAS A DAMN 7 YEAR DEVELOPMENT AND ITS SO WORTH IT. like literally all this hard work for players just to rush through it and just want more and more like gosh stop it! You are making a damn child out of yourself. I’m literally 13, (I hate to say my age because it literally proves nothing and looks like i think it’s some type of achievement to say my age, but this can show that a 13 year old has some better taste than those 24 year old dudes just hating on this beautiful game. ) and I enjoy the game so much, when ever rdr2 adds something I truly love it, either it’s small or big idc! Because that’s another thing added to my enjoyment of the game. Players have really turned toxic towards rdr2.. sometimes, I believe that some players don’t even deserve to play this type of gorgeous game if they aren’t going to treat it like a masterpiece that it is. Players are ruining rdr2. They really are. But I can’t change anything by typing this down in a comment section, but I at least gave my own opinion and I am proud to say that finally some people understand how this is so unfair..

Just because someone is not playing the game your way, don't think that they are not having fun... Do you really believe they would keep playing day after day if they were not enjoying the game? A completionist might find role-playing boring, just as a role-playing aficionado might find it boring to spend days or weeks trying to earn every possible achievement. As for no one winning the game, I see it differently; I believe that anyone who enjoys the game and feels that they are getting their moneys worth is a winner. BTW, I was disappointed that our account name is displayed above our character and not the character name that we selected when we created our character for RDO. Displaying the character name would have been more conducive to role-playing.

@@billcampbell9886 that's literally the only update I want. I wish that, not only could we show our in-game name but also create a little bio for our character. I did my best to create Karen Gillan (Amelia Pond from Doctor Who) and in the back of my head through all my gameplay, she was trapped in the late 1800's by The Doctor and she's just trying to make her way until he finally returns. But no one is ever going to know because there's zero way to find someone's character name. Like, what was even the point of naming her/him. Also, we really should be able to train horses in the wild and bond with them and then sell them. They literally said it's a thing in the opening mission but it's yet to occur. Those two things are all I want in an upcoming update.

u so right man, if u can flip that switch in ur head from wanting grind gold to actually enjoying whats going on, the cash and gold racks up fast when u slow down and enjoy it, i think this is what rockstar actually want players like for red dead onine, and to players that complain about the gold nerf on the daily challenges, i can understand rockstar, it was way to easy to make gold and it still is easy to make gold when u just play and enjoy

I agree 100% even though I’m guilty of dedicating days to grinding, I’m actually trying to make the game so that I can completely immerse myself in it, and always have something new and exciting to do. Taking the time to walk through town instead of run, or walk your horse up to the butchers tables, before selling anything, really makes the game that much more enjoyable. Being online with friends you can grind and still have a good time, but when your on your own, it’s better to take it slow. 👌🏻

Is Red Dead Online dead, nope, not in my book. CEOFoxtrot', you tell it how it is, truthful and chill. You just got yourself a new subscriber in me.

@FeArBaRbWiReRaGe Yeah, I’m “not” telling players not to grind the game out... or that everyone should play slow like I do. I highly respect grinders and I believe they are some of the best players out there, but so many grinders lose themselves in the “grind” and become literally blinded by it. Those are the ones that I speak of. All players enjoy your playing style (grinder or not) but just respect the game for how incredibly awesome it is. Awesome share! 😁👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

I've got a friend like those you mentioned in the video. It's not that he is constantly complaining or asking for more. He is, however, extremely competitive and needs numbers to compare against others to judge his progress by. In RDO, this translated to money and gold bars. He rushed through the levels and grinded his way up to level 50 in less than two weeks, then complained that he was bored and promptly quit the game. All he did in the game was grind bounties and challenges to gain as much money and gold asap. I doubt he has truly explored the world and what it has to offer. I fel bad for him that he missed out on all the wonderful places to explore and the incredibly beautiful and detailed scenery there is to view.

It has to be said. And I TOTALLY TOTALLY agree with your point of view. I receive a lot of invitation of players who wants to farm and grind the new outlaw pass and actually I prefer to take my time because I will finish this outlaw pass anyway. And most of all because it’s a reward and the satisfaction of a reward fades away and doesn’t taste the same when you receive one too often. As you said, it’s a game that it has to be appreciated in time. R* are known for the qualities of their game to last for years. I really enjoy your videos. I am a new player, got it 'cause friends have been raving 'bout it. I've been loving it, just hunting, exploring, gathering flora and dealing with wandering murderers. It is truly breathtaking, my friends are on here and there and are very hurry up and grind, in just a week I know more about living in Red Dead than they do after a year.

I’m a level 300+ been playing for a long time and don’t play much else. Love that I can have action or chill. I do the daily challenges a bit as that gives me some structure but I’m not fixed to it. The daily gold nerf really made no difference at all. I have every gun but I regularly rotate/change and use them all. They all have quite different characteristics. People generally buy the “best” guns but I don’t think there is any such thing. I also have most ability cards and each load out is different too and changes depending on what I’m doing. I love all the roles and rotate what I’m doing too. I just can’t understand why people get bored. The game is massive. I think limited imagination is the problem for some.

@Kevin Red AWESOME SHARE!!! Yeah, I’m “not” telling players not to grind the game out... or that everyone should play slow like I do. I highly respect grinders and I believe they are some of the best players, but so many grinders lose themselves in the “grind” and become literally blinded by it. Those are the ones that I speak of. Players enjoy your playing style (grinder or not) but just respect the game for how incredibly awesome it is. Great share! 😁👍🏼

I love and respect your viewpoint. I admit I'm one of those players who runs around and does things pretty quickly. I always have been, even back when I used to play WoW. I admit I cared very little about the lore and most about reaching max level and gearing up. However, I still loved the worldbuilding the game had and with RDR 2 I've come to really adore the story and the entire atmosphere of the game. I've actually been meaning to take time off trying to do dailies and role chores. I wish more players were like you and took more time to appreciate the world itself; sadly, most MMO players are all about grinding for currencies and just flaunting their ingame wealth and they quickly run out of things to do. People become so obsessed with these 'goals' they have they don't take the time to really breathe in this fantasy they're inhabiting, and it's sad. I think, though, some of those stereotypical MMO/FPS players playing RDO *do* have this appreciation a bit more than in other MMOs. But there are clearly a crowd that's, say, more CODbro PVP oriented (and often toxic, I gotta say...) and care little about the beauty of the game and story. :/ Eh anyway, keep doing what you're doing, it's sweet and I hope to see more players like you ingame!

Aww thank you! For your reply as well! ^^ Yeah, I like players who can go HAM with the usual gameplay grindy stuff yet still have a clear soft spot for the 'little' things ingame. It means a lot after you encounter so many people who are detestable and toxic in multiplayers. I think the artists behind these games are sometimes underappreciated too. One of my favorite things is how some NPCs have actual 'lives'/workdays you can watch. It's cute. Yeah I'm hoping those who aren't fit for the game will eventually just fall out of it as they get bored. :p I know those who truly enjoy it will stand the test of time. Oh, I was meaning to mention (if you don't mind sharing) it would be cool if you made a video that talks about your own character. If you gave her a backstory and her personality and all of that sort of thing. I think it's cool seeing how others are designing their characters. C:

I've only just recently got this game and have been playing online. I have been enjoying it and having fun, games are supposed to be fun. What I want out of a game when I am spending my money is content, and although I have been having fun, this game is borderline on me feeling like I got my money's worth. My complaints so far, which are really minimal, is I wish the world was a little more interactive. So many buildings that you can't get into, at least I haven't figured out how yet, and although the decorations are awesome looking, I should be able to interact with more things. I think it would be more interesting that instead of having to do the trader role to upgrade my camp and the way it looks, we could go out and have to gather resources, like lumber, canvas for tents and stuff. I also wish that we could make bigger stacks with some of the stuff, sorry but just 10 of something is not enough. I also think everything should be sellable, I have a bunch of stuff in my pack that I'm probably never going to use, I should be able to sell it at the General Store. My biggest complaint though is with some other random players. I don't mind pvp, but there should be an area or some kind of system set up for it. The last thing I want to happen when I'm fishing or skinning a deer, is for some random punk to ride up and decide to kill me. Or when I'm in town looking at the bounty board and some jerk decides to ride through town and start shooting everyone. Most of the time when I retaliate, they either run off or start trying to parlay after I have killed them. I don't know if they are that bored, trying to lower their reputation, or if they are just a stupid punk, but there should be more boundaries for pvp.

@The A11y Most players who think RDO is dead will probably never be satisfied with any game no matter how great it is. Because it’s not about winning or having everything in the game… it’s about “experiencing” everything the game has to offer from the smallest amazing details, to the overall amazing world and everything in it (whether you’re broke or rich in the game). The key is to ask yourself, what would you do if you were in that world in real life (broke or rich)… then do that in the game at normal speed. Great share A11y! 😁👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

RDR2 / RDR2O to me is meant to be played SLOW to enjoy everything they spent YEARS creating. There is a reason story mode was / is a masterpiece. I cannot play another game anymore, because I keep on coming back to this. I love to role play with no map, with free aim, with no fast travel, and as a horsewoman, I love to pay attention to the horse as well. I highly recommend you guys try it with no map and no auto aim. I've said this about GTA and other games (ark etc): open world games are about what you make from it, not what the game gives you. I've no complaints about the content of the game, but I would like some of the connectivity issues to be fixed. It can break immersion when the game boots you out in the middle of something.

This is a great game. Beautiful. I am one of those players that has over three thousand gold bars and over half million dollars. But I discover new things and experiences all the time. I'm never bored. I go back and replay things I have not done in a while and test myself in trying to stealth attack only. I just started a second one character, and having fun playing knowing how the game is played now. The only thing I will complain about is the players that use cheat modes, and the Griefers. It's sad that in this day and age, you have to explain this but, in doing so you have pointed out the plain truth about the mindset for some who speed thru this magnificent frontier. My wife says it's like a social experiment in that, if you play and pay attention to how players interact in Red Dead, and the comments that are made about their experiences, it gives you a fairly good ID on one's persona in the real world. I like the fact that your givin a horse, 2 guns, a knife and rags to wear at first. Then it's up to you on how to make the most of it and prosper. For me, there's comfort in the fact that I will never do everything there is to do in this game but I sure am enjoying the ride. Great vid 🐎👍

I love this content. I checked out several vids to find collectables and locations and after about 2 weeks I realized I was riding past incredible vistas and locations. I really hate Mt. Hagen...but I hate it because I know how tough it is to slog through knee deep snow. When I went down by Braithwaite and stumbled on a full blown Civil War battle site, that was awesome. This is the West...from the Mississippi Delta to the Rockies. I like Rhodes...where you have legendary Southern accents and the charming ladies....and then you jump out to Armadillo and the accents, clothing and comments change. But you think about it and those "charming ladies"...they represent and offer (at least verbally) certain options which are pretty much the same, but presented in vastly different modes. The Southern gentleman can be just as violent and belligerent as the desert cowhand...only the clothes change. I wish you could go into more places in St. Denis, but I honeymooned in New Orleans and there are about six vastly different areas in both towns...from elegant shops and homes to bare shacks and muddy streets. (I really like the ambience at the Bastille Saloon in St. Denis...I know you like sitting on rooftops in Strawberry, but I'm 70 years old...and grew up watching TV shows like Yancy Derringer and my fave, Have Gun Will Travel. My character is as much like Paladin as I can make him, and leaning back on a velvet couch and enjoying a cigar and a brandy while a gentleman plays a grand piano in The Bastille is my relaxation point :) )

I invested a lot of time over many months in The Division2, and had recently switched to RDO because part of me wants to experience the old technology of civilisation. It's a struggle to reach comfortable financial level in this game but that is part of the process. But we live in an era where we are pressed for time. One thing i hate is the lack of instant teleport, and travelling to and fro can be tedious when you need to rush and finish off a mission.

I'm the kind of player who wants to do things quickly to get money to buy stuff but without ever cheating, I done that in gta online and after I got everything I don't play it anymore. After seeing your content I'm more than ever convinced how rdo should be played. I'm converted. To expand on the subject even more, I got rdd2 more than a year ago but I didn't really play it story or online cuz I was focused on grinding gta online. And I really regret it because I really liked gta online and now I don't, I close it as soon as open it, and I really don't want to mess it up again with rdo

@melek Rebai Great share... and you made a great revelation in regards to RDR2. It took me over a year to finish RDR2 story mode and all of my friends finished the game in about 3 weeks... and they actually laughed at me because they thought I wasn’t a good enough player to finish the game. But later on, I would ask them about many amazing things that happened in the game and they would always tell me that they never saw any of what I was telling them. Of course they said that they wanted to play the game again, but much slower this time SMH! I appreciate you were open minded enough to give it a try differently. Thanks for the great share! 😁👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

I completely agree with your analysis. I would only add that this desire for instant gratification transcends into every aspect of our modern life. It's human nature and it truly spoils people. I must admit, I am not untouched by this myself..but it sure does feel good when you work hard at something and feel a sense of accomplishment afterwards. Not to mention, how much you tend to appreciate the things you have more. Keep these videos coming! Just had to add..Every night after I play my husband asks "Did ya win?" Hahaha!

@Never Forsaken Super true what you said! I just don’t want the game to be a blur to players who want to get to the result so badly that they miss the entire journey... which is also true in real life. Great feedback! 😉👍🏼

@@ceofoxtrot In regards to the online game..Is there even an end-game? Ha! After all, this game is an open-ended sandbox..What exactly are people rushing forward to? And then when they get bored..it is pure grief on the rest of us. (If ya know what I mean) Maybe it is the curse of so many adults to have lost the ability to use the imagination? I am happy to still be able to play like a child even as I grow older..It keeps me sane (matter of opinion perhaps) lol

I agree with all youve said. I dont even sprint besides in fights of cause. Not to sprint everywhere is so immersive i mean the animations should be admired. And not going for missions all the time enjoy the views and the lighning oh my gosh so gorgeos😊

This is so true! Its not a fast paced game, you should take your time and enjoy it. My posse (5 members in total some new players too) took a trip the other day. Starting at the most North East corner of the map to the most South West corner and just trotted the route doing every open world mission that popped up, every single one, even stranger missions. It took a few hours but it was super fun and we all enjoyed ourselves. It was fun to see areas and do missions that we'd never done before. enjoy the scenery and, as you say, smell the flowers. Tonight, we'll be trotting from Tumbleweed to Colter seeing what that route has to offer :)

I’ve got the same attitude towards the game like you. I want to enjoy the experience of playing in an open world in a Western styled game like this one. I’m on no rush.

Only time I ever felt the urge to cheat in my grind was when there were no animals spawning. The trader role was kind of dead for a while. Glad they fixed that. Legit player at 418. 950 gold and 150,000 bucks.
