A surprisingly delightful interview. Pauline demonstrated charm, charisma, intelligence and that hallmark steadfast belief in her viewpoint that has led to her having a profound impact on the Australian society. I recognise the voice Pauline channels for a segment or our community that would otherwise be muted and ignored. For me Pauline's values and ideals of the grass roots Aussie battler has strong emotional resonance and in my humble opinion her greatest strength in galvanising support. I feel the allure of these ideals. I see in this presentation by Pauline the refinement resulting from many battles hard fought and won through her strength of perseverance and adaptability. Pauline has achieved a great deal from humble beginnings and has succeeded, at times with grace, other times like a sledgehammer, where many others would fail. While I like, respect and admire Pauline I would temper this to say some of Paulines viewpoints are exclusionary to some segments of the Australian community and therefore divisive to our community as a whole. There are gaps in the Australian demographic that Pauline does not represent, for example the big end of town and undoubtedly the left. A PM needs to be inclusive of all and I don't see how some of Paulines values and policies could bend to accommodate these differences in viewpoint. I also question fiscal policy as Pauline made policy suggestions around redistribution of wealth but without a clear fiscal plan that both described this and demonstrated its plausibility, risks and impact. Pauline thank you for sharing yourself with us, it was a pleasure to listen to you and a surprisingly good interview conducted by Laban, good job both of you, I hope to hear more, from both of you.

Asked me to come in for an interview I said I can't inm in NZ just sounding out jobs He said well urr obviously serioiuse when u get here we start at 5am cone in and ask for me I did and he said I knew uidd turn. Up I've been here now nearly 30 years it's been a great move phisicly and financially I brought a home 5 mounths after arriving am now retired I never thought she was a raseist She has always said EVERYONE I doupt if anyone has done as much. As Pauline has the 2 major parties even had her put in jail And she is still standing tall. We need to support. Pauline's "radical right wing" views used to be simple Australian values. What happened?
@elliec29436 ай бұрын
The simple answer to that as explained early in the video, is largely the generous welfare system we have, and I think later social media also played a large role in changing things.
@Gough-jf9zf6 ай бұрын
@@elliec2943 Bulletin magazine conducted a poll of 2000+ people before it folded. Biggest proportion of welfare recipients were One Nation voters. Those she represents, country people and farmers, are the loudest in demanding hand-outs.

Pauline is an icon on the Australian political scene. She is not a polished politician and I prefer that with her straight talk. The major parties, their feral factions and media mouth pieces want to silence who they can't control. Australia is at a tipping point and at the very least we need to get One Nation with the balance of power at the next election. If you don't vote for change nothing ever changes. There is a ground swell world wide as the people take back their countries from the global elites. We need to get out of the UN to stop their attack on our sovereignty. Thank you for sharing your interview with Pauline.

Patriotism yes! I'm not sure when the government has to process well over 1000 immigrants a day that they have any idea of their loyalty to Australia. Citizenship should be taken extremely seriously. It should take 10 years to earn, without any misdemeanours. Only citizens should be able to buy property. And like most institutions that have existing infrastructure, you pay an entry fee. And yes, multiculturalism is in itself divisive.
