Thank you, Roberta, for keeping your focus on what you see and hear without discounting your own experience and viewpoint, for speaking with courage and determination. When you asked who in Massachusetts will rein this in, immediately what & who came to my mind is that it's the jury who will, and that already, for the most part, the defense has succeeded in one aspect. That's in aggressively alienating the jury. No matter how vociferous the mob lobbying for Karen Read behaves, I feel that their opinions are those of a rather unfortunately unhinged minority. This case isn't about the defendant, who is no heroine or "damsel in distress"; it's about John O'Keefe and what happened to him. I continue to feel optimistic that justice will come. Massachusetts is still the land of the Boston Tea Party and of the Daniel Shays Rebellion.

I would like a lawyer to explain the doctrine of completeness. How does it not apply when the defense picks one text out of a whole conversation, and uses it out of context without the rest?

Roberta I just wanted to let you know that when I first saw the making of a murderer I totally believe that show I believed he was innocent but now after listening to you and your podcast and informing me and educating me I know he’s guilty as sin it’s so funny when you take an average person watching a documentary on Netflix they believe it I didn’t even know there was another side to it. I’ve actually felt bad for him, and now I feel bad for myself for believing that crap. The way the defense attacks witnesses regarding their phones is also upsetting, and here light is shed on how no one seems to have a right to privacy anymore. Like when Colin was attacked on the fact that he was using Snapchat so he could hide messages, I thought we’ll he has the right to do so. Why would every message he writes be up for grabs and be shared all over the internet? Quite frightening.

There's the video directly contradicting Jennifer McCabe's testimony. There's the dog bites on O'Keefe's arm. There's the lack of taillight pieces that morning. There's the 6 inches of snow under O'Keefe when there wasn't any at the time of the alleged crime. There's the lie after lie from prosecution witnesses. The search by Jennifer McCabe at 2:27am for how long to die in the cold. There's much more.

Roberta, you could expand your activities outside of making podcasts and work more directly to try to put a stop to Innocence Fraud trials such as that of Karen Read. Why not draft a serious letter to the national association of attorneys (I don’t know its name), detailing all of your concerns and call on them to take action? You can include factual information you’ve gathered from the KR case or from any other. The means to rein in many of these lawyers’ practices may already exist in Codes of Ethics or Best Practices, etc. (not the accurate names), and these just need to be applied. Perhaps letters of complaint against Yannetti and AJ need to be filed for them to be sanctioned. Yannetti engaged in deceitful means with witnesses numerous times, trying to deceive the jury: that CANNOT be ok with the legal profession.

And now we know that Karen told Kerry that John was dead and that he was hit by a plow before they even went to find him. Now, why would she think this or rather, why would she think she'd have to say this? At first I thought she might have accidentally hit him but this makes it sound more like she knew it. That explains her erratic behavior after she sobered up enough to realize what she'd done. She just couldn't remember where it had happened.

I think you so should go to law school. My family was deeply impacted by the Madoff case. I appreciated you mentioning it. I do remember that Bernard Madoff was the head of NASDAQ. Also I know that the expert who finally exposed Madoff tried to stop the fraud for more than 8 years. His name is Harry Markopolos. He wrote a book about Madoff called No One Would Listen. Because no one would listen. We need more smart people in positions to be able to listen so I hope you go to law school some day. Thank you

Jennifer McCabe is testifying about when they arrive in O'Keefe's driveway, and describes the events as Read directing her and Kerri Roberts to the back of her car to look at her broken taillight, followed by a screaming match between Read and Roberts, where Roberts is directing Read to go into the house to look for O'Keefe, where Roberts then ushers them to the house. What the video actually shows, is Read getting out of her car and immediately walking into the house. She is followed closely by McCabe, who walks around the rear of the car, not even stopping to look at the taillight, not even appearing to look at the taillight, then following Read to the house, with Roberts trailing behind them after exiting her car. No bringing anyone to the back of her car. Nobody looking at a taillight. No conversation. No screaming back and forth. None of it.

I love your channel Roberta but there are not a lot of people speaking out against the Conspiracy. Kevin Mahoney is someone who is for starters speaking out, and encouraging people. Kevin Mahoney has had several interviews on Yellow Cottage Tales. The first interview you have of him is an older interview and he has written more current articles and has appeared on Yellow Cottage Tales again. I personally don't think anyone knows what to do, including Mahoney. Turtle Boy is an anarchist. People can write about it and talk about it, but to my knowledge the Judge herself (Cannone) can Order an investigation into the Defense's behavior and hopefully she will. Its possible that the Judge will disallow the third party culprit defense. I think that is what should happen. And then there will be Civil lawsuits for all the harm that has been caused.

I’m not being rude. When I tuned in, this half way through. This interview with Yellow, I thought Murphy was in a neck brace, two white sides of his neck, and in a black upright wheelchair. Watched early hours of the morning from U.K, on my iPad in bed. I did comment thank you, plus in Irish, because I thought Mahoney was suffering from some sort of muscular dystrophy, or something. It was the way he looked up towards the ceiling, mouth movements, and with minimal body movement. Mouth wide open and staring up at ceiling. Now, looking at him again, and zoomed in, I realise that is not the case. I felt sorry for his stupid ass! Totally agree @Roberta. Never saw the first interview till now. He has altered his perception regarding this trial somewhat. Defence lawyers are in a club so to speak. I’ll leave it there 🧐
