I am same ! It is normal. Plz do not connect this with anxiety. Even i cant sit ideal for more than 10 mins. But yes din mein khud k liye time zrur nikalo jismein tum kuch na karo, bas sit with yourself. But agar ek lamba busy week chla bhi gya to theek hai na, nothing to worry about, you rightly said grateful is the word ! Darling you need to let your self breathe and tell yourself let things be its okay and literally stay idle for sometime let the natural process of your body and mind be!!! DON'T CONTROL YOURSELF SO MUCH PLEASE. Tip: Behave with yourself and talk to yourself, as if you are dealing with your younger sister, or daughter. This is tried and tested by myself please try it works. Instruct yourself as if you are telling your younger sister or daughter to love and take care, let yourself relax etc. It helps! 9:12 Hi jojo, I absolutely relate with you on this. I am a professor at university and my work requires me to be in uni for 8:30 hrs and when I am back home I just wanna do everything that I have thought of in the morning even when I dont have energy. I force myself and make sure it is done! But I take my husband’s help in understanding the priority as he helps me and understands my thing. I guess that helps me to not over do myself. I know it should help u as well, when u ask kamal to give you a hint of stopping yourself and also make u understand that its ok if something go on other day.

I followed this time management rules for a while but when I step into my motherhood life every thing was unexpected. My daughter always change my planed schdule and it was really very depressive for me in the starting but with time I understand I have to give time to my baby rather than planing my work schdule.

I was under impression that i am the only person who thinks agar ye kaam abhi na kar lu toh duniya khatm ho jayegi.. If I sit for a while, a guilty mind starts poking me chal uth bahen baki ka kaam nipta & this eccentric behavior keeps me always on my feet. My family never give a miss to the favorite sentence of mine which I everyday mince.. Uff.. Thak gayi mai😂 But jyoti as you said I too am grateful that Almighty has blessed me with good health & as a result I am efficient & active enough at the age of 54 managing my household & work life pouring my heart over. Yes, jyothi, it used to happen to me that instead of wasting my time I used to work more than a humanly possible limit. Utilizing even just one minute and multitasking simultaneously with work used to drain my energy and exhaust me drastically. Is ka effect initially smjh nhi ata, but there came a time when I visited doctor due to constant lethargy and he asked me to do only one thing at a time, enjoy 1 task that you are doing so that your mind and body could be nourished instead of being exhausted. He also guided me to apply an instant rule: task you want to do Vs. Your health For the last five years I apply this rule to prioritise my most important tasks. Even today, despite countless challenges I am able to manage my health just because of this rule. I hope it will help you too. May GOD ease the paths and pains of all of us! Amen.❤

Yes I was exactly like this! I realized this drain was taking away so much from me mentally more. So I've tried gradually narrowing down my tasks from the most important to less imp. So I can think and also have a gap where I don't think. It's important trust me. To leave your brain free this helps to continue better.

OMG, you are telling my story. Mera bhi yahi haal hai. I am also running, and my mind keeps on working all the time. I have thought of one solution that may be that can help you, i.e., to keep at least 10-15 minutes for myself: If I want to read or sit doing nothing whatever I feel like, just to remain calm for some time.

I m a doctor , so I have atleast 6-7 hours duty daily and 7 month old baby jiski feeding m 5 hour lgte h din k and even night on call bhi jana hota hospital kbhi kbhi to , and room organise krna loundry bhi krni hoti h , even baby k kpde to rat ko b machine lagne pdte h and mujhe study bhi krni hoti h , yakin mano m kuch b kam pending nhi rhne deti same halat meri h ek-ek min bhi use krti ki is ek min m washroom ho ati hu😂 aap to fir bhi apka khudka kam h jldi late kbhi b kar skti h din m , mujhe time se hospital Jana hota h daily even karwachoth, diwali aise din bhi

I guess girls ko multitasking ki adat hoti h.n agar personally m chahti hu na ki "me time loo" ya netlifxing karu tab toh jaldi jaldi sab khatm karti hu.. matlab gas pe detox water chalra h, bacche k do type ke tififns, apna khudka breakfast diet vala, husband n FIL ka ek jagah, meeting hoti h itni full day fir usme bhi beechme aake khana garam karna lena dena, jab bacchi h aati h tab firse yeh process, presentations banate hue uske shamke snacks n milk ki tayariya karna. and yeh sab tab h jab maid n cook dono h.m salute toh our sisters who juggle, travel daily via public transport, look after kids and home equally . We women need to stop somewhere and delegate now on!

I’m the same Jyoti, wo 2 min microwave vale jo he na usame me apni bachi ka b kuch dekh leti hu and office b. Super fast he karti Hu sab. Literally my husband says you have wheels on your legs and flight in your mind 😅 though I have to be like that because full working mother of a toddler and full time house maker too. I know I can totally relate even I do like that some times ..if m doing one task then in that time also want to do multiple other things and co constantly mind me kuch na kuch chalu hi rehta hai ..I guess we all women are born with these multitasking skills 😊glad and grateful 🙏your an inspiration Jyoti itna sabkuch u manage business plus Ghar ka kam n all other things bt pls do remember to take care of yourself physically and mentally very important as we women tend to forget even I hv realised that ..❤btw I loved the black n red aabhaari saree and the wardrobe freshners js love it. I think we should try to focus on one task at a time fully and be positive about it...then slowly remaining things will b done often we need to small breaks to refresh our mind like walk pe Jana or doing things that u like and feel relaxed. Hope this helps ❤
