I believe I have just turned the corner on this process of mindset shift...I have woken up 3 days or more without the trembling AND gone through most of the day with only minimal flare up and I remember to speak to my brain (retrain) for calm. Thank you so much Miguel, you are both the answer to a desperate and frightened prayer(thought I was possibly having a mental meltdown)...AND RECURRENT encouragement through a scary episode of life ❤!

Hi Miguel, i guess i never thanked you for your videos. About 6 months ago i experienced this strange fatigue, brain fog, anxiety & insomnia that i've never felt before. The most debilitating one was the brain fog. It really intervened with my quality of life to the point i couldn't function at the most basic stuff like writing, reading and speaking. I avoided conversations and dreaded going outside. After dealing with it for 4 months, it didn't get better and the thought of it being permanent really revved up my anxiety even more. It created this cycle of doom and i almost got depressed because of it. This problem is extremely rare and specific, at least at my place, because i've never heard any of my family, friends or colleagues dealing with this. Thankfully enough, i discovered your channel and implemented your advices about recovery-believe system/mindset. I realized the thought that i'll never heal is what kept it getting worse. I know that all the medical test should be ruled out first before i can conclude that i had CFS. I plan on doing it to make sure i don't have other life-threatening medical conditions, but just from implementing your advices i'm already back to normal, fully functioning again, even mentally and physically thriving. So again, i can't thank you enough for your videos, they're life savers!

Hi MB, I miss you but I have been busy living my life and I know you are happy for me. I have had several absolutely no symptom days, and I mindset it all! I don't get mad or sad when it waves. Like you taught me be neural. Thank you for being a guardian angel here on Earth! PS. People out there learn how to be reflective when triggered by narcissists and know they are here to teach us to self-regulate and self-love and although they are really hard to be around it only helps us remember how powerful we really are! Non-resistes is stregnht in diquise. Love, Ava

Even though I'm feeling progress, there are some dark times on my journey when I feel extremely bad and I'm starting to have doubts and fears even though I know in a few days I'm going to feel alright again. So sometimes it can be pretty hard to stay on the right track even after a mindshift. Keep moving forward and believe in yourself, bad days are going to pass! :)

But it is part of the mindshift to come back on track after a difficult time.

Thank you Miguel 🙏🏼Belief in the power of neuroplasticity is so important to heal from this--our nervous system made us sick, and so our nervous system can be "rewired" to go back to health...we have the power within us!! 💖🙏🏼

Thanks Miguel. Your videos popped up in July 2024 out of nowhere. I started watching them and understood what was going on and what was required to be done. My first mindshift was in August when I started remaining calm in the face of my symptoms flare ups. I know it's a long journey and there will be ebbs and flows.

I'm in this process at the moment. I've managed to cut out one medication and on the way to cutting out the other two. I'm going to the gym twice a week as well. If not working i'm sleeping 12 hours a night so I'll need to reduce that. But getting there, just a bit of an adjustment period.

Great video, Miguel! Especially the comparison with the search for the key that ultimately lies within us is excellent. I have experienced exactly the process you describe. My mindshift was when I understood that my symptoms were ONLY coming from the nervous system. I was immediately incredibly relieved and was able to react to my symptoms "in a good mood". After 5 years of being bedridden and coached, I can now go for 20-minute walks again and things are getting better all the time. THANK YOU and your great Recovery-Coaches!

I loved this video Miguel and found it so helpful! I really like all of your analogies and find them easy to understand. You really can explain the topic so well. You have given me so much hope and I am on my way to thriving health, thanks to you. My first mind shift occurred after my roadmap call with Christa who told me to ditch the heart rate tracker and it eliminated my fear of movement and exercise, and I have been able to progress to walking a half hour at the beach, which was one of my goals! I wish I had found your KZbin Videos sooner, but I know I made the best decision of my life and I am on my way to recovery!

Thanks so much for this great video! One of my biggest problems with the LC fatigue is that i always come into a mental overload when i am couch bounding because of watching things on the handy/computer. But when i am just lounging (mostly 7 hours during day) i feel so bored and my mind starts circleing all the time. Any idea how to handle that?

Good question, to be honest it’s not my place to say because I don’t understand your exact situation and legally I can’t recommend you anything. I can only share what I’ve experienced. I would advise to reach out and discuss this with your doctor! Hope you understand.

I got my mindshift after hearing your youtubevideos explaining the hypersensitive nervoussystem issue in relation to symptoms/exhaustion and anxiety, and also feeling the brainretraining actually working, that jumpstarted my belief in recovery:) im walking around in the house again doing little activities, resting and brainretraining whilest being bedridden 2 months ago.
