Sometimes when I’m mad/upset just because it feels like my soul was tortured , I have very angry thoughts towards them, wishing them to reap what they sow, but then my internal voice kicks in, this is not you and this is a part of the grief process. I just wish the anger would subside quicker. It is but man is it a process…. For anyone going through it… you’re not alone and I hope you find comfort in that.

Yes Karma does happen. My mother was physically, emotionally and verbally abusive to me.Because I grew up and moved out and got married she punished me by telling me in front of my alcoholic brother that everything belongs to him. One day, she had a diabetic emergency. He gave her 2 insulin shots and finally called for an ambulance. She just needed something sweet to bring her out of a low sugar episode. He lied to me blaming a doctor. She babied him including paying his child support and other bills. When she died, he cried that he was an orphan. He was a divorced 50 year old man with 3 kids who wanted nothing to do with him. .

God said “vengeance is mine” I had a priest tell me in confession to pray for a particular narcissist bc whatever vengeance I could think of, God’s wrath is beyond anything I could imagine, so much so it will bring compassion for them if I witness it,,,that’s what it means to forgive and leave it to god and pray for their betterment. I’ve been praying for that narcissist ever since and I feel zero anger towards them, only sadness for their possible plight.

When my narc and very cruel husband died, no one, I mean No ONE wanted anything to do with claiming him and burial. I had gotten away far away but he was in the morgue 8 days before I could make it back here. He was my husband (such as he was} for 34 years, so I felt taking care of his needs one last time was the right thing too do. No one from his family came to the house, only one called. All the people he sacrificed everything for not one person had the desire to help bury him. His family wouldn't let him be buried in the family plot even thought we paid our part. I buried him in the most respectful way possible. He is in the National Cemetery since he was a Navy vet.

Yes they way they tank is amazing to watch. Its sad and pathetic but also they get what they give so they get no pity from me. Watched my ex narc go from having everything he ever wanted to absolute zero after he broke up with me. His friends got busy in their own lives. Everything about him was fake to begin with so once the people in his life moved on, he had no more supply, no more energy for him to drain to fuel his life. And since he didn't have any light of his own he's started to fall into that karmic payback. It's about time too

I don't know how much I should thank you for making such great informative videos. I had several doubts in the behaviour of my MIL and SIL right from the beginning. My goodness, I and my husband rented a new house and moved away from them before things got worse. Still they would call us to know how our life is going. A therapist and I were discussing revenge. She offered profound advice: "don't bother with revenge. God is elegant." The death my former husband suffered was custom made. When I stepped back from our phone conversation in which he described what the surgeons had to do, I was shaking. It was precise, radical and humiliating. Remember they're defined by the material world, people support them from that angle. When the body starts deteriorating they don't have the energy to keep up with the fake grandiosity. Those friends start seeing them for who they really are and leave. I have a family member going through that now, she's almost 80, all her finances deteriorated with her health and starving. Everyone acts like she never existed, including her kids and grandkids. She tried fake apologies but she upset people more.
