Owner review brings alive the fact the car heats up pretty bad, row two cooling is not effective.
Stereo system is sub par with high treble and low clarity
Sunroof shade is made of flimsy white thin cloth which does not stop the heat coming into the cabin
Front row seat does not have ventilation
Touchpad get scratched easily
All in all Mercedes Benz really need to look at these points to become popular amongst its owners

I do have the same car as well, but there is slight difference in the service cost as i can share. The service cost of the car is around 50k+ normal and once its done 4-5 years the service cost shoots upto 75k. Maybe the difference could be of the dealer or the taxes in different state. I have driven my car just 3500km since last service which was in 2023 august now again I’ll have to service it since its either 10k or 1 year and i just asked for the estimate they shared me the estimate bill of 75069 rupees + add-ons if any

Honestly, they are not expert, all of reviewers are everyday car owners sharing their experiences basis their long trem ownership experiences. They turn out like that because NO EXPERT WOULD SHARE such information and more so you cannot do it with just 1day/2 day drive experience

This is previous gen. the latest has great audio. Cabin getting heated up is a first though. Have driven gles various times & it cools flawlessly
