Thank you, Claire. I like being "smart" about my business. :) I find your insight informative and educational. I'm assuiming this is to place a BOOST AD since it's not allowing me to OPT-OUT of a payment budget. facebook.com/ads/manager moved things around again, so... you may need a redo of the video. 2-25-2018 I'm going to try and use what you teach here. There are now 2 options. A GUIDED CREATION option and QUICK CREATION as a second option. I will follow the Guided Creation method since this is what I THINK your video features. Thanks

I currently spend about $2000 a month advertising on facebook. I do strictly post boosting from my fb biz page. My business model is a little different, since I am not trying to get people to go to a website. I advertise a phone number than a physical or web address. The goal is to get people to call/text/message me. My advertising is VERY local, within say 15-20 miles of my actual storefront. I typically choose age ranges 22-5 and choose about 6-10 zips around me, no other filters. I get cost per engagements ranging from .60 to $2.50 so all over the map! I am having a very hard time figuring out why a post is .60 per engagement and then the same ad costs 2.50 per engagement when posted another time. Any input/suggestions appreciated.

Interesting insight Claire. If I am tech savvy and I am just after page likes for the moment so am ok with boosting is it still better to use PE? I am struggling to see how you boost a post in PE.

I use facebook bostpost and in 2 days i have only reached 1 person. I have plans t spend money but im not sure if i know how this work. Im a home based business. Hey Claire! I'm trying to sell a book I wrote, but it's focused Time Travel and I would like to reach a specific audience. Fans of things like Back to the Future, Doctor Who, even Coast 2 Coast AM listeners, conspiracy theorists and even comic book nerds and the likes. What might be the best method regarding this? I'm literally out of a job and have no money and need to find a way to get this going so I know how to promote my future novels as well, so I don't have the money to pay someone for this help. It would be really cool if you might be able to give me a little insight here. Most videos I see are about going for a general audience, but I know my book is only going to affect a specific audience. Please help me Obi-wan Clairenobi, you're my only hope!
