the yellow thing at 4:45 is a small chunk of chica's arm that's named "armPatch" in the files, the model is located in "ProductionAssets/Character_Assets/Chica". the purpose of it is is to cover up a small hole on the model of chica's arm and the duplicate of it that's under the map gets teleported up once you reattach her arm. i'm not sure why it disappears when you get close to it before reattaching the arm though the untextured object under foxy's map at 8:22 is a placeholder model named "MOD_ArmFuse" in the files, it can be found in "ProductionAssets/Models/FoxyRepairShapes/Old" alongside a few other models

I think the Phantom Freddy is supposed to be spottable past the pipes in the gear puzzle, but I’m not sure if that’s actually possible in game. I say this because I noticed the area it was circling was the pipeline area that the gear puzzle takes place. Just a thought.
