When I joined the service I had to get a wavier because of my flat feet ,is this considered service connected. My feet did hurt a lot when running and long road marches ,but I never went to the doctor or said anything about my feet because I was scared that I might get kicked out of the service because of my feet condition .Do I have a case can I file a claim or am I just out of luck no service connection .Thank You.

I had a pre-existing cut nerve left foot and went to NJ in wintertime for training. It worsened. I developed neuroma both feet and tarsal tunnel ankle these disturbed my walking which caused compressed nerves in lower back and both knees pain. And sleep disturbances and GERD ... I have almost got to service connected.

But c&p said it was normal progression which it wasn't. Neuropathy will get worse but not that fast Right?

VA admits it was pre-existing and I was honorable discharge for the disability. VA is confusing. I have a lawyer here in Florida now. Will I win my claim?

I think it was non freezing cold injury they aggravated my pre-existing neuropathy. I hate the cold.
