You can do positional 4 Axis work (3+2) and Axis Substitution of 2D strategies (Wrap) with any paid offering. Both of these options will make use of a 4th axis. We also have more true 4 Axis toolpaths as part of the machining Extension.

if you model a chamfer you can do it with a swarf
