Taipei Pride: More Than Just a Party-It’s a March for Equality 🌈

If you're new here, welcome! I'm TomTom. 17 years ago, I left Alabama to explore the world. I've lived all across Africa and Europe, but the last 6 years in Taipei have been my favorite. Taipei is the gayest city I've ever lived in! But not only that, the men are so fascinating! As a way to show my appreciation for the city and for the men who live here, I make 3 kinds of videos described below:

Taipei Pride and why so much more than a celebration. For me, Pride in Taiwan is a powerful reminder of the fight for human rights, not just here but around the world.
Since 2019, Taiwan has stood as the first country in Asia to legalize same-sex marriage, and that’s something to be proud of. But let’s not forget: there are still nearly 150 countries that don’t recognize same-sex marriage, and in over 60 countries, being gay is illegal-some even punish it with death.
This video is a heartfelt reflection on the significance of Pride in Taiwan and why it’s so important to show up-not just for ourselves, but for those who can’t.

@@tomtomtaipei Being kink doesn't help the LGBT+ community. It just produces viral pictures that will stigmatize even more our community in countries where they are treated like trash like Uganda, Kenya, Iraq etc.
