Pile 2: You mentioned twin flames. From personal experience, twin flames is a very complicated concept that just cannot be explained to someone who hasn't experienced it personally. It is like a spiritual gift that when you have it you understand it and know how it works. Me and my twin probably have separate souls but they are so soooooo connected that it feels like we originated from source direct like imagine a tree with only two branches. After meeting my twin, my kundalini was activated and I have felt our thoughts and feelings align to such a level in real time that he can control how MY energy moves. I have felt this actively in kundalini moving in ways that he is thinking and feeling, which also relates to this concept of shared chakra system between twins. Very hard to explain!
