Dr Facilier aka the Shadowman from The Princess and the Frog. Cindy is Cinderella. The tiny crown is the Queen of Hearts from Alice in Wonderland. Maleficent is the evil green skinned fairy. You should react to more of these! They’re all great! They actually did a whole video series with episodes with an actual plot and dialogue and other songs and more villains. As for spoilers - the plots of each of the fairy tales or stories the characters are from are touched upon lightly as each character eventually gets a chance to air their grievances, but they don’t repeat the movies verbatim. And the plot of the series is pretty original IMO.

I read an interview on Google with 4 of the villains. They said they don't know anything about the next episode until they get their script. Also. Pattycake doesn't release spoilers except to their Patreon members. Who are forbidden to say anything pertinent (name of episode, plot, etc). Until they announce the premiere on KZbin. They are allowed to put the finished video on their playlist but have to put it on private until it's released.

These episodes are great! They are done by PattyCake Studios which is owned by original Voice Play member, Tony, and - I think - their current beat boxer, Layne.

Layne and Tony do own PattyCake Productions. Layne is a founding member of VoicePlay and Tony is a past member. The original members are Geoff, Layne, and Earl though Earl left the group in 2020.

Tony is not original. He joined later after founding members Mykal and Scot Porter left. He replaced Mykal and Layne replaced Scott. Eli joined shortly after in 2010.

Pattycake Productions is owned by Layne, the beatboxer from Voiceplay and Tony Wakim, Voiceplay formed member. Dr Facilier aka Shadowman of Princess and The Frog. They just released Season 2 Episode 4 That's All a month ago. They're all awesome. Adding new Villians as the story progresses. All of Pattycake videos are Disney related originals. Layne and Tony write, direct, produce, edit, arrange every video. All are in this same format.

Don't know how I missed this one! Pattycake Productions - fantastic! They are so creative, original songs and plots, everything done in house. Layne Stein, the beatboxer from Voiceplay, and Tony Wakim, former baritone from Voiceplay co-own the production company. Voiceplay and Geoff Castellucci sometimes use their facilities for their covers. The Villain's Lair series is great, but they also have standalone pieces. In 2020 they did a take off on Thriller. All of the monsters, goblins and spooks were sad; Trick or Treat was cancelled because of Covid.. It's called Bump in the Night!

The whole series is like that. They just released "season 2 episode 4 That's All" a week ago. The Villains Haunted Mansion was done after the series started but it is supposed to be what it looked like when it was "built". Bump In The Night is a great Halloween video. Alot of "monsters". In the vibe of Thriller. I know you'll love everything there. All are musicals like this one. All is arranged, written, directed, edited, etc by Layne and Tony. The black guy with the top hat is Dr Facelia from The Princess and The Frog. He sings Friends On The Other Side. Voiceplay did that song as well. Tony makes all the costumes. Layne is beatboxer with Voiceplay. Tony is former baritone until 2016 when they bought Pattycake Productions because Voiceplay had no permanent studio to record in. Now they and Geoff do.

Warning: very long comment, but you really enjoyed this and I think you would like their other works. Besides, you asked for it, so it is your own fault!😂 I think I have these in order of appearance: The Evil Queen from Snow White, Maleficent from Sleeping Beauty, Red Queen from Alice in Wonderland, Mother Gothal from Rapunzel, Jafar from Aladdin, Lady Tremaine (stepmother- and wait til you see her horrible daughters!🤣) from Cinderella, Cruella Deville from 101 Dalmatians, Captain Hook from Peter Pan, Dr. Facilier, the shadow man/voodoo, from the Princess and the Frog. Many more to follow. Another really good song by the villains is All I Ever Wanted. It is about the grievances of the characters. It isn’t the full cast because that would be way too long. It does have Frollo from Hunchback of Notre Dame and Gaston from Beauty and the Beast as well as a CGI created Scar from Lion King. I have been re-watching all of the old movies as I saw Snow White and Cinderella in the theaters when I was little and I’m in my 70s so I don’t remember all the plots! Regarding spoilers: the characters are from the cartoon films and they will allude to the basic storyline but mostly just to establish their grievances. This is an original story by Layne and Tony. As the series progresses, their new storyline becomes more fleshed out. The most recent video is a showdown between Maleficent and the Evil Queen and a bargain made with Ursula the sea witch from the Little Mermaid. This is an alternate reality so I don’t believe that watching the series will produce any spoilers. But you might be confused as to who some of the people are. If you have watched older VoicePlay videos, you would’ve seen Tony and Layne. Layne, of course, is still there as the beatboxer. When Layne switched from baritone to beatboxing Tony came in as their new baritone and was with them from about 2009 to 2016. You may have seen him if you watched their Phantom of the Opera cover or some of their ACA Top 10s. The series is in their second season now. They aren’t able to release a lot of them as this is pretty much a side gig. They also have Unexpected Musicals which are storyline snippets of established characters using songs from a different artist. My favorite is Michaelificent which is part of Maleficent’s storyline but set to songs from Michael Jackson. If you enjoy the movie Hocus Pocus, they also have six videos devoted to alternate story lines from the movie, including a scene was cut from Hocus Pocus 1. Somehow they got their hands on a script, footage from the cut scene and stills. They then re-created that last scene, a bit of which was actually incorporated into Hocus Pocus 2. My favorite of those is Hocus Heathens which is the dance scene from Hocus Pocus 1. but set to a 21 Pilots song. Even if you decide not to watch all the old Disney movies, the series is well worth it just for the music. These are original storylines, original songs, local casting in Florida and many of the costumes are not only designed but sewn by Tony. They have also done a few standalone pieces, one is an original song for Cruella from the live action movie. It would fit seamlessly in with the movie.

I'll tell you what you don't know Cindy is short for Cinderella the guy with the top hat is dracilier from princess and the frog and the lady with the small crown on her head is the queen of hearts from Alice in wonderland watch the movie it's pretty good so at least this might make more sense
