21:00 My favorite part of the video. As Shane is saying the wall is "carefully" placed on top of the glue, the workers tip the wall over, so it falls onto the glue. Lol All joking aside, these are amazing!

Soo cool to see how the reboot walls are built! Fascinating to see! Keep the factory videos coming!

Very interesting. My concern for extrema weather camping is the aluminum frame will conduct heat in and out even if there is some insulation on the outside just a little less. Solid laminate walls and ceilings do not have any internal materials that conduct heat. When I was at Overland Expo PNW one manufacture from Alberta had a rig there was no metal frame for the windows to even reduce the heat transfer more. Does this wall have better overall insulation power than what the X 195 has?

The windows on the Reboot also don't have metal in the frame. They do not conduct as much heat or cold as the standard windows. The insulation we have experienced is similar to the X195 and in some areas a little better. It has less condensation for sure. :) The reboot is built more like the fish houses and they did great in cold weather.

Guess that why fibreglass trailers are still the best only 1 seam not like traditional rv multiple seams

Too heavy, too expensive. Pause is awesome but where is the midsize towable bunkhouse option?
@ROAOffRoad27 күн бұрын
This unit can be towed by a 1500 of any kind. Not sure what you are comparing to when it comes to price. The price is incredible when compared to similar products.

@ROAOffRoad midsize towable, 6k loaded is my target for buying a trailer in the next year. Pulling with a built tacoma so I have a weight limit.

Aluminum inside the walls is a waste of time and does not increase strength significantly over a solid filon styrofoam sandwich composite panel. A pure composite panel is just as strong and has better insulating properties at half the price.I build composite RV's myself with no special tools as a hobby.
@ROAOffRoad27 күн бұрын
"Half the price" Are you sure? Also, depending on what type of composite you use. Some composite are extremely hard to repair and entire walls need to be replaced if you ever get damages. There are pros and cons to both.

@@ROAOffRoad you said these are million dollar walls

It’s about value for money. This isn’t it. Just go get the Arctic Fox EDGE 26KX or the Arctic Fox Edge 27SX. Thats a properly built offroad'ish camper that is value for money and priced right. If you need something more capable, go get a patriot and be done with it.

This is not very good advice. You say go get a trailer that is much worse in quality and can't even compare to the Pause when it comes to everything. Off-road, off-grid, capability etc etc. Then you say if you don't want something poor quality like a Arctic fox with zero capability go buy an insanely overpriced tent trailer that is very capable. Haha! :)
