I saw my friend strafetheus' video ( • What good movement loo... ) showcasing good movement - but I'm sure he could've used WAY better clips, especially if they were from random queue.
So, here's my take on the same type of video to show him what I mean!!

i’m not sure how to answer this LOL personally i’ve always been skinny so it’s a bit biased but i’d eat 50% vegetables/fruits and 25% protein 25% grains - then exercise routinely and avoid sugary stuff or oversalted foods
