Everybody with grief deserves to be heard like this. Some cultures beget that grief is ignored. This destroys people.

@@Ajyoyobbrown so sorry to hear that 😔 it has definitely been a learning experience for us all the best advice I can give is to let him tell you how he feels let him know it’s ok to be sad or mad but to also thing of the good times I also found honoring their dad in little ways. Framing a picture of them or buying a necklace with his picture engraved on it etc. has helped and having quiet comforting moments together. ❤️

My daughter who is almost 5 lost her dad 5 days ago. He was only 39. We are devastated and I don’t know how to get through this.
