I heard that cutting your hair short to like to a 2.5, elite wavers and others can see where the forks they have are at. Bro go see a dermatologist like I did. It’s usually bacteria that causes it unless u in puberty. Get a face wash, wash pillows regularly. And use a seperate towel for face only
