Years and decades from now our children who aspire to do greater things will be able to look back at these videos almost in the sense of historical records and actually watch these interviews and see the men and women who were actually there when these incidents and regime changes happened. Just paused and think about the true importance of this for a second. I know from reading the comments these videos have helped a lot of veterans. Personally me I served, but did not deploy. I like listening to the stories as they remind me of when I was a lower enlisted soldier hearing about the wars taking place. Do you have any links to, video's, articles, of anyone saying he's a liar. I thought it was accepted he was the trigger guy. I'd heard someone else also took some shots in the bedroom where Bin Laden was, but I cant remember. O'Neils book goes into some stuff about after the raid, he encountered some heavy jealousy from fellow SEALS, and then some more anger that he wrote a book.
@Weedline83 Жыл бұрын
He “canoed” Osama and his fellow SEALS were pissed bc they were trying to identify him. Canoed means shooting the top of the head and having brains spill out. This was a common practice for DEVGRU. In Zero Dark Thirty, if you watch, after he’s dead a guy came in and shot his corpse well after he’s dead. Then a fellow SEAL says “hey man, do you realize what you just did”? That was Rob O’Neil. He and the guy who wrote the first book on the raid lied. The other guy wasn’t even on the 3rd floor EVER and in practice leading up to the raid the two had to be separated bc they were fighting over who would raid the room. When his detonator didn’t blow, he and a few others were trapped and another team assaulted OBL’s room. These two guys can’t even walk into a SEAL bar anymore. They’re both outcasts and we’re literally kicked out. You can trust me, or Google it. There’s even a KZbin video of a reporter who followed DEVGRU and reported on all they did. He confirmed the above. He also didn’t pain them in the best light. Mutilation by hatchet was common.

It's the Navy - there's no such thing as a .99 tape measure...it'd be a 19988T-4077 measurement device and would cost the taxpayers $795.00 each. :)

I was on the watch floor as the IWO (Intel watch Officer)at US Fleet Forces and I think got the first message that bin Laden got killed before anyone in the fleet beside Centcom and I sat in on the AA brief on tanberg….interesting great times

Rob O'Neill can die a happy man. Most of us just die. Anyway, thanks, Rob. You saved the honour of civilization. No pressure there, I'm sure.

Very interesting to watch him insert himself with the point man on two separate occasions in the story with the first occasion raising the feeling that there was confusion amongst both of them around what happened.. To watch his body language at those two points of the story vs the others is very interesting!

Yeah his BL is definitely interesting. It’s hard to tell if it’s him being uncomfortable because he’s lying or if it’s ptsd or coke or whatever

I sure hope the woman that found him isn't out of a job and is being taken good care of by the government, she should be collecting the maximum government pension available. We owe people like this and our military troops a debt which can never be repaid. FLY NAVY!!!
