Frank - Stories from the South

Күн бұрын

On March 15 two men ran into Christchurch Hospital’s Emergency Department claiming they’d witnessed a shooting and to expect patients. It was the first and only warning the hospital would receive.
The men said they’d escaped through a window at the Al Noor Mosque and run across Hagley Park, and they warned hospital staff that many victims would be arriving at the hospital soon.
Emergency Physician, Dr Dominic Fleischer, says his initial reaction was of “cynicism and disbelief.” Then the patients began to arrive. Some in private cars, some in ambulances, in total 49 shooting victims were admitted to Christchurch Hospital’s Emergency Department, most had sustained critical gunshot injuries.
Frank Film has spoken to hospital staff who were on duty at that time including surgeons, graduate nurses, an orderly, a social worker and Dr Fleischer, who first activated the Major Incident Plan which alerts all departments within the hospital.
“The classic incident plan prepares for the archetypal plane crash, bus crash, stadium collapse, they generally don't prepare you for earthquakes or mass shootings that occur right adjacent to the hospital”, says Dr Fleischer.
When the plan is activated, he says “everything changes, theaters grind to a halt, radiology stops and they all prepare for something.”
Hospital staff rushed to the Emergency Department to help.
Dr Connor says it was “like Formula 1 pitstop.”
His overriding memory of those few, frantic hours in the Emergency Department, is of “the degree of calmness and organisation about how this was going to work.”
He says he was also struck by the people working outside their normal scope,“I saw extraordinary people do extraordinary things on that day.”
Staff like hospital orderly Spencer Friese who was called on to compress a bleeding bullet wound while pushing a patient to theatre.
What unfolded in the Emergency Department over a few hours would stretch staff to their limits, and beyond.
WATCH to hear their story.

@@vicksdad Jesus Christ the Lord said: "You have made quite a few people, over at Mountain View Air Force Base, 'irritated' - but only by the Truth. Because their systems are going to crash - and they don't know when - but I do; and, their billion dollar computers - worth of technology, will be of 'no avail' to them - because they need electricity, in order to work. And they forget, how 'fragile', they really are - to 'the natural elements' around them. The illuminati, One World Government, are, 'crumbling' just as you have said, My son; and they don't know how to sustain themselves. Because Truly, they are being 'killed off' by RADIATION [referring to Fukushima radiation] - because they are not protected, especially the older ones. And after the illuminati die off, there will be No one to replace them. Because their secret society, is so 'secret', that they do their best to keep it, to themselves; but the Truth is, My children, they are all 'old men', waiting to die. How old are the Rockefellers? - and the Rothschild’s? Do your research, and you will find out. Do you think that they've shared 'their world vision', with their family members? If they have, 'only a very few'. In other words, My children, the illuminati 'elite', are coming to The End, of their time here on Earth. Death awaits them, and it is NOT going to be 'a pleasant afterlife' for any of them." testimonyofthetwowitnesses.com/Informative-Articles.php

A fair question, sure. Though to answer, firstly, it would be logistically difficult to transport patients to chch hospital. Most of them would die on the way there. Secondly, doctors without borders tends to the people you ask of. There are many resources accounting for this. Perhaps if you care so much you should donate to them, as it is a voluntary service. Though in future would you care to not make such snide and emotional remarks, which not only take from the wonderful work the medical staff at chch hospital performed under immense pressure AND with limited funding, but actually makes you look stupid. Responses like this are the reason the far right are surging in popularity, they have clearly defined goals. While the left is fragmented, each fragment believing that their cause is the most important. Most funny is that for all of the education advocates for the left have the prioritization is extremely poor. It would do you well to remember all of this.
