Those power stairs are amazingly built! Think of two 250kg implements and then Luke and Kane both crashing down on it at the same time. A pretty solid 750kg all at once. Whoever built the stairs needs a raise!

Pa’s an idiot complaining about people being sensitive about his Jamal Browner remarks while he cries about Loz and Liz. They’ve never said anything bad or unfair about him, and he doesn’t seem to realise that the people who dislike him do so because of the way he conducts himself. What injuries has Luke had exactly? Torn bicep 2x, torn lat, and I think I'm missing at least one other? Great to see him back at the top level. I'm not sure what it's like coming back from something like a lat tear, how that affects strength, but it looks like he's running on all cylinders which is great!

Giants cannot let Mark enter Britains. Everyone has to stop being nostalgic about him. Personal feelings have to be put aside for the good of the sport, this is a pro strongman comp, and Mark is no longer good enough. If he does go, then what, 7 from Englands, 3/4 from Scotland and Wales, 4 wild cards and then you have the Irish too, so its going to be 20+ participants? No, time to draw the line.

Giants will do what they want. With a Giants shows you have to view it as half competition, half pleasing the crowd. If you've been to a show, you'll know he gets a massive cheer. So they'll put him in until he retires probably.
