Bullets, shrapnel, etc. cause damage on impact and throughout their path. This is due to the speed, size, and mass of an object. Energy is neither created nor destroyed. All that extra energy from that bullet is what caused the 'explosive' damage to his internal organs. Which is a long way of saying his organs were obliterated on impact and not slowly. Also, unless an artery, vessel, or other vascular system is lacerated, it won't just bleed out. Plus foreign objects can block bleeding. That's also why they say if you get stabbed, leave the knife in. Lmao sorry for the nerd rant, I really like science. It would be pretty cool if yall reacted to a channel called Ballistic High Speed that does all sorts of tests on ballistics dummies. It could make figuring out these cases even more fun.

This was definitely a tricky case I think sometimes a person can only suffer internal bleeding from a gunshot wound especially if it’s from a certain distance or angle

Its the same as that case, where that boy got shot on his face, but because he is still alive, police keep on pushing him on the interview (yes its that video of Mr.Ballen about the interrogation), because they think he kill his girlfriend. The wound on his face only look like bruises that the police think he got into a fight, and never look at it carefully where a bullet still on his head. Same as this. They just thought it look like a bruises/ lacerations on his crotch. Never take a look at it carefully. Why there is no blood? He probably wash it before he died in the middle of the room. He could probably still just wandering around the room thinking he's just sick or something wrong with his body. Same as that boy who wondering in his house for a day before police check on them. Just my opinion. But hey, Mr.Ballen tell this story really detail like what movie that he watch, (Iron Man 2), and what he done when he arrive at the hotel. Where could he get all that information, I wonder?

There's no blood cause there was no exit wound. It bounced around and stayed in his body. Definitely didn't clean it up himself. Mr ballen gets these events from users on reddit he converts those into story form, he confirms if the event is real and then proceeds to tell it in story form. The minute details are either from the case itself or he adds it for horror effect.

Because it was manslaughter and not murder. He had no intent to harm, let alone kill anyone (this is not me defending the immorality and major stupidity in getting drunk and then waving a loaded gun around in a room surrounded by other rooms...). I'm sure he would've gotten less time, had he not withheld information from the police.
