What Happened to Baek Doo San | Tekken 7 Season 4 Theory & Lore

I have a feeling that Baek never died, but retired due to old age. My theory is obviously headcanon, but I feel like he’s in that white space where namco don’t have anything for him so he’s just cut off from the story.

The canon ending is the scenario campaign jin takes out Azazel tapping into his devil gene but in human form with purple aura and then sacrifices himself and it’s Zafina who takes part of Azazels soul as seen in Tekken 7

To be honest Tekken devs are driving me crazy right now ...we r already in the middle of January and we don't hve any updates on season 4 final character... nobody else seems to care anymore.......

Lol I know right I think until people start talking about the final character then that will build hype and then they may announce them. We got Kunimitsu revealed to us in end of September- early October sometime and we got her the following month

It seems Hwoarang will be taken his spot thru the Tekken cannon games but Baek does appear in Tekken 2 Tekken Tag 1 Tekken 5 Tekken 6 & Tekken Tag 2

Baek isn’t a clone is what anyone says lol Baek’s moveset is very different from Hwoarang, the only moves they share iirc is the flamingo, hunting hawk Baek got a cooler moveset when it comes to combos 😆😆

I think it was just like Lei and Anna. Harada originally didn't consider him because he wasn't played much online, but there wasn't the same fan backlash for him that there was for those two, hence them coming back but not Baek.

I think they will do tbe Asuka to Jun or Anime Kuni to Original Kuni + Noctis moveset. They will introduce new char to inherit their moveset. Theres a wild screenshot of tekken mobile female char that said Baek daughter?? Well its ok if she inherit all baek movement plus some new moveset. Jun will play differently with asuka i think since both of character is fan favorite and theres no way they get rid asuka as core fighter in tekken 8
