Poor Baek Doo San. :( His childhood moments were happy not until he accidentally killed his dad which he carried the burden on his shoulder all his life. It must have been very hard. Of all the endings, this one touched my heart the most. Hwoarang may be an arrogant guy and loves to brag about his skills but he got a good heart for his master. Almost for certain. Other examples was him apparently attacking Marshall Law's dojo when he was younger (during the events of Tekken 2), he likely did that out of rage induced by those memories.

I think his father died heartattack , maybe he was already some kind of the heart diseases and Tae-Kwon-Do is dangerous for cardiac person , because it's a combat style you need to be always in movement , and I suppose Baek give the fatal High Kick.

Baek’s father was a Taekwondo champion who after receiving a career-ending injury turned to alcoholism which later got him in trouble with the law. Baek’s family, which now included his mother, siblings and him self, lived in poverty and one day, his father escaped prison and returned with the intension of aiding the family. However, Baek was very disorientated due to malnourishment and so he killed his father by mistake, which traumatized him as the police arrived to take the boy in their care.
