Really? He has been more and more grumpy every ten years , now he mocking his mates and other musicans, he s a little dwarf, not a Nice man at all… he does not been around another musicans , after a show he is not talking to his bandmates. Steve, nico is the most jovial and easy going down to earth, Adrian is introvert n´byt Nice, same with dave shy but Nice. Bruce is not a good person, anymore, actually after powerslave his personality changed, he Can be Nice,2 sec aftereards he scream and yell to You , never work for your heroes. And Please stop saying maiden is a metal band, its rock, not metal, Even some songs have metal elements. Nicko says itsrock roll, same with steve, Adrian and dave.

@@SMEDSRUDmusicYou're being a bit dramatic. Bruce is annoying at times, but that'sabout it. And they definitely ARE metal. To be rock, a band has to have some 'rock 'n roll' about them, a little bit of looseness. Maiden aren't like that at all, infact they're pretty stiff. But that's cool. They tried to be rock when they covered 'communication breakdown' and it was abysmal.

The band have said that "Every show is the best night of their Lives" ,regarding this tour. And, for the fans like your good self, this is amazing to participate in and see. Bruce is fulfilling the other roles in his life outside Maiden. And each gig is a Celebration of the band, what they have achieved, and the generations of fans together at the shows. He kicked Cancer's Ass. If that were me, Id be having the best time of life onstage with my lifelong mates aswell to the sound of metal music.🤘👏👍 Be it Maiden, Metallica or Priest, Im delighted to see these bands enjoy themselves still like this.

Your analysis is spot on. Bruce has seemingly been distancing himself from Maiden since the mid-80s….until now. It’s as if he’s at peace with it, has accepted it and has (finally) grown into the role…and is loving it in the process. He absolutely appears to be having more fun than ever, and that seems to be resulting in better vocal performances than we’ve seen in years. I attended one of the London shows and enjoyed it more than any if the previous 18 Maiden gigs I was at.

Bruce is one of the greatest singers. Between wardrobe changes, and there are many, he says he tries to calm down, and do vocal exercises, then back up the stairs to do the next song. Very physically challenging, up and down those stairs every time, running around on stage. It has taken him a long to recover from his cancer and then he did not have time to do much as it was straight back into making the new album as her said in an interview, he is back to his quirky self, like he was back in the 90's he is now enjoying the end road and i feel this will be the last tour for them, unlike what kiss did there are not making a Digi self to keep it going there are always a live band like harries as said, so after his new solo album tour and iron mains tour this is something he is living up on, and good on him for doing at his age, and this is why we all love him and iron maiden.🤘

When I saw them in Leeds & Manchester, I noticed right away how spot on Bruce’s vocals were. And I love how you captured him holding the long note at the end of Alexander. That blew my mind seeing it live. 🤘🏼

I saw them a few weeks ago in Glasgow, I thought exactly the same! Bruce looked like he was having so much fun on the stage. I have to say so did Adrian! He seemed to be engaging more with the fans than I’ve seen him on previous tours.

My friend and I agree that when we saw the band at Birmingham it's the best we've heard the band sound and Bruce's voice was better than we've ever heard live.

Bruce is simply incredible. Arguably rock/ metals greatest ever frontman. The whole package that he brings is really incomparable. A incredibly intelligent, entertaining, and candid person. He must have lived one of the most fantastic lives of any rockstar. Had his battles too, but is still in fine form on stage.

When Bruce is relaxed is 100% better than every frontman. Only old age grumpy side can ruin that sometimes, but when is relaxed and looking for fun is kinda incredible.

I liked Iron maiden when Blaze was singing. X factor is an underrated album. Those songs were meant for Blazes' voice. Bruce has always had a great voice but Blaze was so underrated.

I saw them in London the other week. Absolutley amazing. I haven't heard Bruce sound as good as this in years. Best concert I've seen them play. I hope they have recorded it. After the live night of the dead album, I thought it was all over. Incredible performance on this tour.

These guys are my heroes. I am saad they aren't headed to the lower 48 of the US, aside from CA. I have been very fortunate to have seen them live a few times. they are right up there with my favorite bands of all time. I would love to thank Bruce, Steve, Dave, Janick, Adrian, and Nikko so much for all of the music they have given us for the last 40 years personally, though I know I will probably never get to do so. They have affected me in such a positive way for most of my life. I was fortunate enough to get a First Edition Print of Lord Iffy Boatrace written by Bruce in the early nineties...it is one of my most prized possessions.

Saw them in Milan on Saturday and Bruce commented that his new fiancee (who happens to be half Italian) was in the crowd. As you mentioned, maybe he is just in a good place in life after being recently engaged?

Time is ticking, but still there is going to be Bruce's solo album & tour, then some Maidens 50th anniversary and then let's see. Come on, deep purple is still on stage , but not same energy

I have seen Maiden on the Maiden England tour (I think 2013), the Book of Souls Tour (both 2016 and 2017), and the Legacy tour (both 2019 and 2022). Bruce always has fun on stage. I haven't yet seen the Future Past tour, though I hope they bring it to North America in 2024 (I can't afford the Power Trip festival and can't make it to the Canadian dates this fall). But if he is having even more fun on this tour, more power to him!
