I'm no therapist, but try not to make recording and stuff feel like a chore. Do it whenever you feel like doing so, and make sure to have fun with it. Remember that you as a person are more important than us receiving consistent content, and also that we as viewers would rather have a No0b3 with a fucked up schedule than no No0b3. Another thing you could think about trying is to collaborate with other content creators, like many dbd youtubers have started doing lately. I'm sure they would love to play with you too, not just because you're the king of dbd, but also because you, at least from your videos, seem like a great and fun guy.
