There was an issue recently where Reed summoned all previous ff members, they were in that group. At least hulk certainly was as he was focused on in the story as not wanting to be seen by the others. Just double checked, it was issue 2&3 of the current Dan slott run. They're all there. Along with herbie lol.

He was a member of the unofficial replacement Fantastic Four with Wolverine, Hulk, and Ghost Rider, but those four were not given official F4 membership since their team was brought together by a Skrull. Either way, he was never a member of the Fantastic Four.

All the while; holding the team hostage, and forcing Reed to work for her. But Richard's was a few steps ahead, and was working on his own plans to free the team. For a brief moment in team; we all got a brand new Fantasty Four; made up of the most unlikely of characters.
