I have always maintained ki Aiff's development plans and Fifa's development plans should be kept separate and parallelly run else we are inviting serious corruption which will only cost heavily for long term growth of Indian football.

Out of 50 , 38 were rejected* completely different things😅 . Besides that is the list aiff gave to the fifa coach , they haven't gone to academies like Minerva etc , definitely they'll get few of them there . Rest no idea i think they were looking for a team of 40-50 from there U17 wc qualifiers.

Many talented and skillful players are there in our country who can dribble like Messi and can use skills like Ronaldo and can shoot like Zlatan Ibrahimovic but they are not getting opportunities or unable to join even small club or academy even if they have so much passion for football.AIFF should look out for those players they should go to remote areas and scout them.

Bhai..Tumko dekh k lag rha hai mujhe bhi Volleyball ka channel ek khol lena chahiye . South Odisha and South east Odisha is full of Tribal Volley players . But yahan Football itna hoke bhi, pradhanya nahi diya jata . Toh humara kya hi hoga .

Sometimes I feel that we have got good opportunities and everything is made properly for our football in India. Only thing is work which is allotted to specific person in federation should be done in proper way and honestly. Before 10 years ago when I was in school between 5th to 10th std. Used to get play four tournaments name 1.Interschool 2.Subrata cup 3.PAYKA 4.SAI Evething was available only thing was players had to show their talent and rest of good job had to be done well by authorities. Loyalty, hard work should be shown by person involved in authority and officials and politics should be reduced.

Indian football is far behind other good footballing nations. All these years we didn't have any youth league and better football infra development or sending good youth footballers to europe for better exposure when aiff should main focus on that.
