Dude I just remember this channel I might watch their videos again. But the first one I ever watched i don’t remember how I found it I think it was back when I was trying to find real Fnaf phone numbers or places and I remember finding the fazbear fright one and I always thought that was real and it was my best memory probably. And I also did see the Fnaf 80 tape but I only remember seeing those two when I was young.

It can be assumed that a cover was made for the video. I, myself, did try to local the original version but came up empty-handed, however, someone might just need to look around more if that section of the commercial wasn't an only original cover made for that video.
