Technically the smokers were being used but instead of giving you the freshest food they would just throw them in the fridge after and then give you 1 day or 2 day old smoked meats and they get really dry pretty fast that way. The meats should have went from the smokers to the customers plates and it would taste amazing. But they didnt do that sadly.

Here is her comment on this: "Hi Anonymous, I am Natalie.. It took alot to give up medical school to help my father's business go from 500K per year sales to 1.8 Mil per year sales. Gordon Ramsey called us. - we didn't call them. I hate how they twisted our family story line for ratings. It also hurts -how they picked one of our most troublesome employees to represent us. - that was for ratings as well. She hoped to walk out of there with a show of her own. She thought it was funny - yet apologized for her comments afterwards. No, Ramsey did whip things in shape in 24 hours... they caused ruckus to fix things. No we didn't serve old food - we couldn't cook food for 3 days prior to Chef coming. No we didn't stock pile food to serve. That food was for a client that we smoked meat for. We had to discard all of that product and redo it. No we weren't perfect. We are a typical small business that faced many challenges that others faced. We served over 6000 customers per month - and served our communities for 27 years. When my fathers health began to worsen - we retired." Still, I don't believe her much. She looks like a spoiled child finding excuses.

I disagree with Gordon’s approach on this one. The owner clearly lacked enthusiasm and interest for the restaurant. She did not enjoy the changes that Gordon made, even though they were well-intended. She only ran the restaurant because of her family’s expectations, which was an unfair burden on her. I notice this pattern a lot on this show. Many family members force their children to take over their businesses. This family was not as bad as some others, like the ones from Burger Kitchen. I sympathize with them and I don’t mean to be harsh. It was just a bad situation.

Often times parents that do this will say you have no work ethic if you don’t want to do what they want you to. That doesn’t make it true. If she had no work ethic no one would’ve been getting paid. Because of nuance and other things we aren’t privy to, she likely faced an uphill battle telling her parents that she didn’t share their dream. That's what the actual episode is for. Also the more of it he uses the easier it is for videos to get flagged.

13:55 Single teen mom of 6? Inspires hope? Boxed wine and cats plus 6 crotchspawn no dads does not inspire anything sir.

Yes. Hope. She got her life together.

@@jamespohl-md2eq She is a single mom with 6 kids which we both know have a minimum of 3 dads with maybe 2 paying child support, maybe, and if she is lucky 1 is involved. There is no getting any of that together. Ever. She is going to be alone or find the simp of all simps that sits there and nods yes. But hey if your idea of a very good deal wife wise is a mom of 6 that needs you to work hard so you can not have kids of your own, always be 8th place as a stepdad is the best you can be, go ahead. Best you can say is she is feeding and clothing her kids. But if that is getting it together and hope, you have a low bar.

As you saw in the story she's doing great see the thing is not to give up because you got kids and she didn't so according to the story her life is good and I applaud that

What's so horrible about reheating things in a microwave, especially if those things aren't meant to be browned? He should bring a little charcoal brazier around, so he can reheat all foods to his diva specifications!
@shadenox81643 ай бұрын
Nothing wrong with it. At home. But when you go to a restaurant you're there for a meal cooked to order. Even McDonald's doesn't reheat their shit after cooking it. That's not being a diva, that's expecting to get what you pay for. People aren't going to a place for shit they can do at home with no effort.

Are you conflating the two different black women? Also no one had 14 kids? One woman had six kids.
