I met Randy one week before he passed away here in Vegas. I ran into him and asked him to sign a program I had of him when my Pops and I went to see him wrestle at Madison Square Garden back in 1985. He was so thrilled because he said that he has searched for years, his whole life, for one of these programs because it was the ONLY time that the main event was not a heavyweight bout, and it was HIM. Plus mine was in MINT condition. He said right there at Sam's Town Casino, I'll buy this from you for $1,000, that's how much it means to me. I said it was the last thing I did with my dad before he passed away, that's how much it meant to me. But I figured it meant a hell of a lot more to him than me, and of course I didn't take the money. It was a GIFT from my "father" and I to him. I know my Pops would have been happy to see me do that. I hope his family treasures that gift. God rest your soul brother. Semper Fidelis, Captain T, U.S.M.C.

Daniel Boone is awesome! A hero of mine ever since I was a youth. His monument cannot say enough about him, but it is certainly beautiful. Thank you for including his grave in this video. One of many stories about Daniel Boone: when he was about 40-years-old, Boone was captured for several months by the Shawnee Indians. Rebecca, his wife, thought him dead, but Boone eventually managed to escape from the Shawnee, and made his way all the way back to Boonesborough. Upon his return, once all the cries of joy had been spent, Boone observed that his wife was now pregnant, but the baby Rebecca was carrying did not belong to him. As it turned out, the baby (a girl) was fathered by one of Boone's brothers. Daniel's response to this whole state of affairs was: "Well, if the name's the same, it's all the same to me." The baby girl was Jemima Boone. Years later, Daniel would famously rescue Jemima and her friends after they were kidnapped by Indians while canoeing in the nearby Kentucky River. Boone and his companions tracked the Indians and their captives for about two days. When they caught up with the them, Boone and his fellow frontiersmen surrounded the war party, waited until dusk, then ambushed the Indians at the first opportune moment. As soon as their muskets roared, Jemima was heard to shout, "It's daddy!" In Boone's elder years, when he was living farther west in Missouri, it was Jemima who took care of him.

I have always wondered what the significance of leaving coins at gravesites. This is what I was able to learn, very interesting. Leaving a penny at the grave means simply that you visited. A nickel indicates that you and the deceased trained at boot camp together, while a dime means you served with him in some capacity. By leaving a quarter at the grave, you are telling the family that you were with the soldier when he was killed.

According to a friend of mine the late Mr Frank Boone a descendant of Daniels brother Squire when the state of Kentucky came looking for Daniel and Rebecca's graves, the family, remembering his wish never to return to Kentucky, after being cheated of his property there, deliberately showed the Kentuckians the graves of two of the family slaves, and that these are the remains interred in Frankfort, Daniel and Rebecca remain in Missouri, the location of their graves protected by the family.

Ah yes, one of our wrestling superstars here in KY. I never dreamed of what you'd be vlogging. You came through London! So wished I'd known. I'd have bought you lunch.

Elizabeth was only two years older than me. I her and kept up with her from her times I. WWF and WCW. Somebody recently said that Randy never broke character. I don’t remember who said it. The WWF fans adored her and always rooted for her and Randy to reunite and get married. Back then we didn’t know they had already been married before coming to WWF. Still sad about her passing and still miss her. Lex has to live with his part for the rest of his life. Thank you for sharing. God bless you

That was a beautiful Cemetery, I love going to cemeteries where the stones are unique not the same stone for every person type of a thing. She had a nice to you it's sad that she passed so young. I like Daniel Boone's as well and I hope they don't try to change it because that was his life and that's what his family want it on there great vlog something I would never have thought about thank you Jordan

That story about Miss Elizabeth was so sad, she was so pretty, it is so heart breaking than it had it end the way it did.

Thanks for showing also Daniel Boone. I remember the show back in the early 70s. If I recall the actor was Fess Parker. I think he played Davy Crockett in the famous Disney Film.

Thank you for this video. I was sad sad when she passed away. A big part of my youth. Such a beautiful woman. Macho Man, as much i loved him as a wrestler, was so possessive over Elizabeth. It was an abusive relationship. She had a thing for Men who were bad for her. P.S. You gotta go to Ernest's grave!

Although I haven’t thought of Miss Elizabeth for years, I remember her. She was about my age when she died and that is far too young.

@@brettkelly8301 yeah you are probably right Brett but why do so many people feel the need to TYPE LIKE THIS?? It reminds me of a certain part of our population that feeling entitled. Grinds my gears I guess.
