What happened to my iPhone 11 Pro Max Cellular Service!! Cellular Error!! Apple's Solution??

Guys, my iPhone mysteriously stopped working. I wasn't able to make or receive any phone calls until I updated the phone. When I updated to 13.4.1 the phone still did not work. Check out the video to see what Apple suggested.

I have family that works in the apple store. You have a base band issue so your modem firmware should be missing in the about setting. Even after updating your phone will not return to normal and is a problem with the main board. The phone has to be replaced.

Same issue with my IPhone 12 max pro. Took it to Apple they did the diagnostic and confirmed the cellular hardware was shot and will cost me 450.00 to fix the issue or buy a new phone 1200.00. My phone has been well taken care of and should have lasted several more years as did my older iPhones previously owned. This makes no sense, and it seems to me Apples updates are the culprit for these issues. Btw, typing this message on my iPhone 6S+ which still works which goes to show, this is a fleecing of the American consumer! -End Rant

I did same thing with my 11 pro. No signal, bad phone quality, sometimes drop internet completely or wifi just stops in the phone. I blame Apple and Intel modem for this situation, they ought to offer us a big Refund or Discount for the near brick they have.

To be honest, I'm having these very same issues but iPhone sucks. I'm just starting to realize this but they have so many issues, and they don't give a damn about it, they just want you to spend more money. I’m on contract and I have an iPhone 12 and it’s just happened. I’ve only just gotten my phone back from having it fixed as it kept going black it seems like an absolute joke. If my phone never works again I have to keep paying for it as it’s a contract

I'm not sure what you can do as my phone was still under warranty. I called apple and they replaced my phone. Maybe if you contact them they will have an alternative solution.

My phone was still under warranty when this happened so they replaced it for free. I am not sure what it will cost to repair it.

True fix. Back up your phone then go to settings then back up settings. Then restore to factory settings. Once it boots back up log into Wi-Fi. You made need to restart it again. Then sign into iCloud and restore your back up

literally what I'm going through right now. went to sleep and my phone was working perfectly fine. woke up and it had no cellular service. took it to Verizon and they gave me a new sim card. phone worked for 4 days. today the cellular service stopped working again. I've updated the phone via Mac OS and still nothing 😭. this is some bullshit

What carrier are you using? In countries like the US, Canada, Korea, and Japan, you can only postpone the update a limited number of times before the following features are disabled and you are required to update: • Cellular communications: Your device can't make or receive calls or text messages or access cellular data. Ultra Wideband will also be disabled. You can still use Wi-Fi for some services. • Apple Pay: You won't be able to use Apple Pay or Wallet for payments or access until you update iOS or iPadOS on your device. However, some Wallet passes might still be available for use. If the software is already up to date, though, then there could be a problem with some components of your iPhone that may need service.

I just brought an iPhone 11 64gb . I am not happy with it. It has Bluetooth problem and sound settings change on its own and make sounds on its own. It’s brand new mint condition. Never fell off the of them pocket. iPhone 11 has issues and in the back it’s written (Product) instead of iPhone what ever it means. So if you buy a phone from a carrier, open the box check the handset if it’s not written iPhone on it back throw it on their face and never go to that carrier again. My device was from At&t.
