What's with catching secondary annoyances when your knee falls outta place, though? Didn't you get get a drive-by case of Shingles last time? And this time a drive-by case of Covid belted you upside the head. Thankful both sounded low-key and it's good to see you're doing well. Here's to a hopefully amazing autumn season. Once it heals FULLY do squats, lunges, and calf raises. Alot of people overlook people saying this but DONT. And walking does not increase strength like the things I mentioned. I promise you your legs and knees will be far less likely to break or go out of joint if you regularly do those things. It'll be a simple investment into the quality of your life I assure you. After this you'll need to exercise more because your legs will be more susceptible to injury unless you do those workouts. Glad to see you're doing better. And do some jogging eventually because that will help too. Your legs will be significantly more sturdy if you do those things. Stretching regularly will also help too as increased flexibility also decreases the risk of injury.

Kevin. I love your channel and I don’t know why because you’re not letting go. I’m gonna hike the Appalacian trail (not the whole thing) in 2024. I love trail towns in the Appalachia. Let’s do a shake down camp thru the first 30 miles to Neels Gap. Come on!!! Let’s shake down some UL gear. Trail towns are about nothing but consuming mass calories! I promise you’ll love it.
