This whole situation has really hurt my heart tbh and is an example of how it is tough mixing friends/family with business. We can tell how hard it must have been to make this video and I can see the toll it has also had on Anthony every time he is asked about it. The way people have gone about a few things that were announced in the industry lately has unfortunately taken away from just being able to enjoy the process and be excited about it without all the outside noise/negativity. There are a few C6 Industrial safety data sheets that mention a The House of Rags email and physical address as the contact...? Same for Clean by Pan the Organizer. I've been a DIY fan for two years but sense something amiss. If you guys are all associated in business, I would respect it, but when it's kept under wraps, it makes me cautious.

Long time TRC listener, seldom commenter. everything makesso much more sense now, seams like Jamie/Eddie have been engaging in some classic FUD ( fear uncertainty disinformation)marketong over the last year or so with different rag co products. Always had my suspicions w what they were up to, trying to become a direct competitor makes sense. The comment in there launch video about the labo bottle look and the response they gave to comments about it spoke volumes. Only trc was critical of the labo appearance

Eddie apparently had an axe to grind with DPT (shipping issue that had nothing to do with TRC) but then other videos and comments came up on both channels. I've had nothing but a great experience with my DPT coating, so far it lives up to how TRC sold it and I have not had any issues like Jamie showed on his channel. I may be wrong, but if I'm right it poisoned the well against DPT (and TRC by extension) in the court of public opinion. I just want everyone to succeed and have fun detailing without sniping at each other. We're all just cleaning cars and we're supposed to all be adults who can make our own determinations about how to spend our money and where.

I have always thought jtc was quite rude on his replies and pretty much a jerk. This just confirms it. As far as detailing products it really doesnt matter what brand you buy. They are all about the same. There are very few products that are standouts in this industry. Truth be told they are probably all made by the same blender just with somebodies private label slapped on it. Buy whats on sale. That will be the goat. They all do the same thing.

FACTS. In all of the products I've tried over 5 years, many still on the shelf gathering dust, in the end my car always is satisfactorily clean no matter which product I use regardless of price. There are a few exceptions but this industry is way over complicated for the weekend warrior. It's all about marketing and has become annoying frankly. No Pan stuff in my garage!!

This combined with the slow fulfillment and the Pan controversy isn't going to help any. Depending on how they respond it is just a matter of time until they start to get sum heat to. Eddie is in this more than Pan at this point since he is one of the public faces of Pan's only distributor. Bro has been on KZbin for months taking jabs at his now competitors while saying he is reviewing them as an unbiased detailer. All while he has been in the planning stages of his own product line, towel line and distribution business. the only reason he has grown his channel so fast and has an engaged fan base is that he's buying everyone's love with free stuff.

@@05xrunner for someone (Eddie) who doesn't hesitate to call people out, there has been a lack of "real" now that the shoe is on the other foot. I'm sure they will get it figured out, but I can't say I'm surprised there were some launch hiccups. I have an order that is supposed to be arriving today, curious to see if they will suffer packaging issues like DIY has (they use the same 3PL warehouse). Good customer service, but the packaging quality is far below the standard set by TRC and Obsessed Garage.
