What happened to the original "giveaway" Jetta?

If you have been following for a while, you know the latest "giveaway" Jetta was a white barn find, and we had an engine failure right before we hit the 2000 subscriber goal.
Lucky for us, Mark came along and traded us a working MK2 diesel for the giveaway, but we still had to get this white car back on the road as part of the deal.
