Ignore the unkind people. Think as they are there to test your faith in Allah. Generally, liver issues are shown up as skin problems. Try to reduce/cut back on sugar intake, avoid sugary drinks (coke, etc) and cakes, no oil in your cooking (use animal fat, butter and ghee). The fructose or high fructose corn syrup messed up liver. If you can cut out sugar completely for a month you can feel the difference. If you can do 12 hours fasting everyday (still drink water 2L per day, just no food for 12 hours) it will also help. Best is one meal a day but it is hard. Once your liver is recovered, the skin problem will improve. Hope this helps.

This really touch my heart, not only this, The whole Quran touch my heart. It have everything i ask for, What's the purpose of living? Is in the Quran! why is it that when i listen to quran i feel like im about to cry and want to change my life, I feel like i believe it 100% but dont change..once i leave the house i return to the same bad habits that ive always done for most my life now. inshallah allah can forgive me thats all i wish for.
