Seems like design issues and sizing is what are really holding them back. Not adopting fast fashion has left them slow to react to trends. Second to this, they added terrible new marketing schemes that try to make everyone 'FEEL SEEN' is laughable. They made the brand on the backs of Supermodels. Try making them the centerpiece again.

Same. I'm short and a twig, i'm dark skinned and have stretch marks, but I've never once looked at those models, any model and obsessively thought i either wish i had their life or hated them for the opportunities they get for their looks while i don't. I'm not even interested in seeing myself in models, i was perfectly fine seeing the big barbies walking in sexy clothes while looking glamourous. Other people's bitterness, jealousy, and entitlement to be part of things they're not fit to be part of ruins everything. They'll flip everything upside down until they get their way even if they have to burn the place down in doing it..... And the worst part is most of them have the audacity to still whine about the shows because "they're not glamourous enough for the inclusive models". Weren't they the ones moaning about how objectifying those clothes were, and that "women o't to be in tech and not aspiring about things like that", now they want to see these big braods in wings and glitter?.... Lol it's not that they don't like woman dressing provocative and looking like a barbie, they just don't like pretty women in those roles, they want to see the weird looking ones in it instead. Anything to make themselves feel better i guess >.>

I’ve always liked Victorias Secret because it was a nicer way to shop for lingerie for my wife. Before these type of stores you either had adult bookstores or the Fredricks of Hollywood catalog.

By modern standards VS offers generally poor quality clothing with questionable manufacturing morals for a high price. Thus, they can’t compete with Shein which offers the same (generally low) quality garments and dubious ethics but has literally an unlimited variety of designs and most products cost a few bucks. There’s just no spot in the market for VS anymore

What does having models walk the runway in a fashion show have to do with me too? Like… if you go to any fashion show, the models are tall and thin. Adding sizes was a great move, but their rebranding is terrible. Like… they intentionally make their models look bad… I get times are tough, but they should be able to afford hair and makeup! The catalog was always so beautifully shot, there’s no reason they could not carry on with the same style with models of all shapes and sizes. But instead of featuring women of all shapes and sizes looking beautiful… the last ad they mailed me features and overweight woman with prominent stretch marks, not smiling, under lighting that was unflattering. This is not going to sell underwear to anyone. It should not be puzzling why. The most absurd is them cutting Jeffery Epstein into the video… he has nothing to do with the tragedy of their sales!
