Stopping at 4:05 - Joey, I've had BPCs in a tank with an Iridescent Shark, and have seen one BPC put in a tub with a 15" Common Pleco... so lemme tell you: You have nothing to worry about. The BPC of "the odd couple" in the tub was so territorial, it pecked at the Pleco as it just sat there. And the two pairing of BPCs I had: Whenever the 'Shark would happen to even lumber near their respective egg catches, they'd attack it and chase it away. So, in a nutshell: That's the nature of BPCs... so don't worry!😊

Hey Joey! The zoo near me (Pittsburgh Zoo and Aquarium) has a huge Electric Eel and they have had Ember Tetras in the tank with it for a few years now, do you think that they just replenish the Tetras or is it possible they are cohabitating like your Arowana did with them? If you want a non-eel tankmate... maybe a synodontis catfish? Can they be housed together? Supposedly that type of catfish is immune.

Pleco , of any and every type , no matter what tank they are added to= significantly more waste produced and huge fish turds in comparison to how much they actually clean . Does not outweigh the mess they create .
