Pakistani provincial chief ministers have that much security. Pakistani PM and President don't travel in Toyota, they have BMW and Mercedes vehicles and their personal security are military commandos. So what you saw is most probably the Azad Kashmir's PM or Gilgit's CM convoy. And that guy you saw on Petrol pump was from a paramilitary and not the actual military.

It was the Prime Minister of Azad Jammu and Kashmir (Pakistani Administered Kashmir) and not the PM of Pakistan....only Kashmir region in Pak has the PM as it is not a state and is disputed with India, but all the other regions have their Chief Ministers.

Either 2 different departments or the most likely they can't afford matching uniforms. I doubt they are like the US where each county has a Sheriff Dept and Police Dept, plus then city/town police. Then you have State Police and Game Wardens.

@@carsarecoo they do have, traffic police, regular police, regular AK police, federal capital police, and each has its own uniform. I was thinking that someone might be able to tell me why the guys in ' light blue shirts' are dressed like the ' federal capital police' , when they're very far from home.
