They'll take anybody, it's doesn't matter. Stupid or not, you get a gun to shoot people and the ability to drive as fast as you want, without any worry of getting in trouble. You'll be pulling people out there cars for not using the blinker quick enough and detaining folks for running stop signs in no time. It'll be great, maybe even get partnered up with a female..oo lala. Surprised they didn't use a rainbow electric car that charges off a diesel generator out back.
