You lost someone which you love most. And u r sad . That is nnature of life. But by knowledge of gita you will over come it. By knowledge you can overcome from suffering. But u r human u will feel good for sometimes u will feel bad. Thats why krishna said the people who remains nuetral in every situation are ones who controlled their Indriya and emotions by Tapa. For normal human being like us. We will happy some time and also sad. But Knowledge will give satisfaction and power to fight the situation.

These suicide bombers have totally perverted the Prophet Muhammad's teachings, suicide bombers don't go to Heaven. Islam forbids the killing of non combatants. Islam forbids suicide too.
@KHAN.S_Ali_Khan
@KHAN.S_Ali_Khan 3 жыл бұрын
@@iainpattison903 fully agree with you, there is no place of killing any one in Islam what so ever, if anybody has committed any crime then they are to be punished or brought to justice through the proper legal system ie the courts, God says in his holy book the Qur’an that if you save ONE live it's as if you've saved the entire humanity. You find extremists in every society whether religious or not. When you look at the phenomenon of suicide bombings you've got to look at other factors aswell, like bombs planted and then called as suicides, the occupation of countries and carpet bombed by airplanes etc. The first people to do suicide bombings were the Tamil Tigers, and they were not Muslims, so the idea of skewed risk reward theory does not apply here, how can that be explained? How come nobody can remember their past life for certainty? The children behave the way they behave is because they are learning new things and they act out what they see around them, TV etc.

This can be explained with quantum physics a bit. Have you heard about the particle/wave duality of matter? Look up the experiment. Basically, matter exhibits particle nature when there is an observer and wave nature when there is none. In other words, you are present here within these confines of time and space because I’m observing you. There is a conscious observing you. If nobody is there to observe, you are wave nature which means you are everywhere. You are not defined by time and space anymore. To explain this, many quantum physicists now believe you are not real. The classical physics guys can’t explain so they just conveniently skip it all together but the answer from quantum physicists is that your mind is real. And only that is real. Matter or your physical body exists but only as a projection of your conscious. It’s exactly how they define Maaya in the Puranas and Vedic texts. Your physical world is not real. It’s a mental projection of your mind. So yes, it’s omnipresent when it’s not defined in space and it is omnipresent when it’s the ultimate ocean of consciousness that you borrow your individual conscious from.

The Being that life fundamentally is doesn't live or die.A shadow goes and comes but the thing never goes or comes. Bubble forms and bursts but the base is constant. It is the egoistic self or life combining the body, mind, prana, and intellect that it wears as an outer layer creating the illusion or dream of life and death. The Being remaining constant.

Well, there's "the other side," "the outer darkness," and "Gehennom; and "the world to come". These tend to be less discussed among those in the modern movements, but they're terms that are very much alive in the Orthodox world. OTOH, there's certainly much debate as to what they mean. Certainly, there's no notion of an eternal hellfire, as "the outer darkness" connotes. Dark and cold rather than hot and burning is more of a characterization. And in this version, most souls are given a chance to advance themselves in the afterlife, rather than suffer forever. This belief is the root of Jewish customs such as saying Kaddish for the dead (on behalf of the soul's journey) for a year after they die; giving charity on behalf of those who have died; dedicating good deeds to the memory of a dead person; and so on. Also, Jewish tradition very much incorporates the notion of transmigration of souls that need to complete their mission or assignment on Earth. This is sometimes offered as the explanation for babies who die, as souls who just had a short amount of time left to complete their earthly journey.

Every human will taste death, and to the Creator we will all return back to. And that moment you will be judged by your actions and deed in this world. So don't associate partners with the Creator, it has no image no sons or daughters or wives. The creator is eternal ever living and self sufficient, it doesn't need anything. No the angels not samsara not Buddha not manmade idol image of God.

@What If Films Australia even in the Gita, Krishna speaks about it, heaven hell etc are all planets, higher or lower, so heaven or swarga basically means that there more spiritually evolved people live, in hell more doomed people live, Other view is that heaven or hell may just be the kind of lives we live in , if we are in a rich family or a loving family, we are in heaven , if we are in a morally low family then we are in hell. Lord Krishna says that instead of dreaming of hell or heaven we must strive for moksha or salvation, even Quran says that Allah is beyond these ,material pleasures.

Same here, just want to add on Sir. So what is this all life, God, Jesus, Allah, Spirituality, Salvation, Heaven, Hell, Sin etc all about? The whole creation has no START or END. Let's First understand concept.. This is nature of entire Cosmos or Existence. No END or START.. This is an process, but once you become a human by birth, it’s the human becoming the Divine is the final step, It is the PEAK, and not everyone on earth will resonate with it. Now that you know Universe including you never dies. Form changes. Point is you want to be conscious or unconscious. When one dies, you are no more but the SPIRIT which was in your body is Out. You maintain your astral body. The laws of karma or say your actions will dictate when you return to earth, and what your experiences will be & what you will be born as become a rock, star, grass, mud, or just become empty space. Poor actions in past life will be born as animal or lower life...no God conscious...but God's essence is there in that animal as well. **When you have transformed the body into light or leave your body at will, or attain mahasamadhi, you are free to choose and go anywhere.** You will be able to choose if and when to return, and what you will experience….you are free. You are no longer subjected to the wheel of birth and death, unless you choose to have this experience again. This is what God is. This is least hurting way of playing life again and again. Coz you know what you are playing.

Reincarnation and Karma has left us with lot of unanswered questions. If everyone is a reincarnation from a previous life why is the world population increasing and not decreasing? If there are new souls and not reincarnated ones, where do they come from? And of course very importantly; where did the first person come from - he or she could not have been reincarnated? Since each soul should be progressively purified of evil through their many reincarnations why isn't the world becoming a better place to live in? Do you know India the birth place of Reincarnation, Why is there so much human misery in India where karma and reincarnation have been accepted for centuries? Do you know what went wrong in your last reincarnation so that you have been reincarnated again this time? If you can choose your path relatively then How come the karmic law works without moral absolutes? If you don't know why you have been reincarnated, then how would you fix it without knowing the problem? Do you know how much your karmic debt you owe to God? If good and evil are same then what is the meaning of karma? Do you think your so called good (as per your definition) works is increasing the debt or decreasing debt? If animals have a soul, Can you observe a behavioural difference between two rats based on moral laws? Reincarnation is illogical because animals cannot reason. So it doesn’t know anything about salvation. From a strictly logical viewpoint, since no one has ever died and come back to life (except our Lord, Jesus Christ) there is no empirical proof of the claims of those who say they have been reincarnated into this day and age. There has never, ever, been any credible testable evidence to support the many claims being made about reincarnation, and the supposedly ‘scientific evidence’ which occasionally pops up purporting to support the belief, is inevitably flawed in either or both its methodology or conclusion. It’s pseudo-science purporting to support and unsupportable belief!

Yes I agree with you. That always perplexed me as to why the population of souls aren't going down. Anyway I don't think certain things are meant to be found out. But through my own experience i have to say I feel "trapped". Physically, mentally, emotionally.... That makes me feel like I have been here before. Like it's a never ending ride think about it. We don't remember when we were born and we don't know when we will die. A lot of mystery surrounding that but I have to say I believe this world is created by desire, this material existence. We get caught up in it thinking it's permanent. Its like a movie or something just observe and stay detached. And I also believe it's just "one" energy behind it all. Everything came from the darkness and to the darkness it shall return. The darkness is the source.

Mr. Lakhani, with all due respect, you frequently lump the Abrahamic traditions together, and although they share certain things in common, they also differ in important ways. I wish you would, at some point, address yourself to this gap in your understanding -- again, with all due respect. In particular, I find that you often mischaracterize Judaism. Which is interesting, because in ways you seem to be unaware of, Jewish tradition has some important things in common with Hindu traditions. For example: the concept of a Hell where the soul is eternally "roasted," as you amusingly put it, is not Jewish. Although Jews believe and have believed in many variations of what may happen after death (Jews are not, generally speaking, as concerned with the afterlife as they are with the here and now, with life as we know it), the Jewish version of Hell -- sometimes referred to as "Gehennom" -- is of a cold place, not a hot one. It is a place of darkness, with the emphasis being that one is far from the light of God, and that is the punishment. The ideal of the afterlife is to enjoy more learning, more studying, within range of the Divine Presence. And, while some souls that have done wicked deeds on Earth must endure some correction for a time (typically imagined to be one year after death, as the living think of it), only the most wicked souls are banished from the Light of God forever. In some versions, these souls do not survive at all. Furthermore, the belief in reincarnation (aka transmigration of souls) has long been accepted among many traditionally observant Jews. There are references to each soul having a prescribed number of years to learn its lessons or complete its assignment on Earth, and if it doesn't complete them in one lifetime, then it may return in another life (or lives) to complete its allotment of years. Obviously, the above is a vast oversimplification of a complex set of ideas. But it's important, Mr. Lakhani, that as you describe Hinduism (for lack of a better term) over and against Judaism, Christianity, and Islam, that you get it right. Because many thousands of people watch you videos, and they are, unfortunately, coming away with a number of misconceptions of these faiths. (Another area where Judaism differs, by the way, is in the Christian notion of original sin. This belief does not exist among Jews who know their faith. Rather, the traditional morning prayer in Jewish prayerbooks begins: "My God, the soul that you have created within me is pure." Sin is not seen as a state of being, but as a choice that people make; an action -- literally, a "missing of the mark," an error, like when an archer fails to hit the bullseye. The Jewish belief is that as human beings, we are capable of making good choices, and it's our job to self-correct or listen to correction and follow it, as necessary, thoughout life. No one is perfect, but the important thing is that one does one's best, according to what one has been taught. BTW, if I were a Christian, I'd respond to your comment that indeed, incarnational theology asserts that God did, in fact, become finite -- or some portion of God did -- when Jesus Christ was born. The interesting parallels between Hindu gods and goddesses and Catholic saints, in terms of iconography and belief, has been written about elsewhere. And in Jewish terms, every person contains within him/her a spark of the divine; so, in that sense, God "becomes" finite in that God lives within each person, for the lifespan. That said, thanks for your videos, I learn a lot about Indians traditions from watching them.

Sorry ! If Mr. Lakhmani has offended you. Hinduism respects each religion and believe in experiencing the Divine rather than debating and fighting over it. Also India loved Israel and Israel is admired by all Hindus alike for it's defense despite being in the middle of enemies and economy. ♥️ From India.

Heaven and Hail also mentioned in Hindu text puranas, where each sin has specified type of hails and punishments. You can check type of Narak (Hails). Mr. Lakhani already explained in previous vedio how these Purana stories are written and the main reason of such stories is to prevent people from doing bad things or doing good things. Sadhguru also explained this and without body you cannot experience Heaven or Hail or any other activities. I think we have two choices on earth 1st Human (Reality) and 2nd God (Belief). I always gives preference to 1st choice and everything looks so simple, clear and equal but with 2nd choice everything in life so different and blur. This is my personal though no intentions to hurt your beliefs.

The Indic philosophy also have an atheistic tradition: the Nastik schools. Stop misleading people Mr Lakhani! And conveniently using examples of near death experience on medical death beds (or similar recorded psychotherapy regression under hypnotism) is NOT necessarily 'scientific' proof of life after death! It is individual experiences - albeit difficult to explain. It is too weak and too inconclusive to immediately jump to the conclusion that there is life after death! The scientific method is based on observation, testing, replicating and on empirical evidence. At least, present the atheistic traditions of Hinduism to show objectivity - instead of promoting your own conviction or belief. Also, you tend to talk too much and without poise; be concise and to the point instead of interminable bla bla bla.

Blue Sky I would suggest that while we may wrestle with such questions, the ultimate resolution is not up to us, and focusing on them gets us nowhere. Who knows if the victims of tyrants and murderers are given justice elsewhere than on Earth? We cannot know; rather, it's best for us to conduct ourselves as best we can, and leave the rest to God. IMHO.

I would like to make a small critique with his brief explanation of the Abrahamic religions. In Christianity and Judaism it is not your good works that get you into heaven. No number of good works could ever hope to justify the infinite evil of a single sinful action. It is by faith in God alone that saves you. Most Jews today have the misconception that their adherence to the law is what saves them. Take Abraham as an example, he predates the law yet he is saved, it is faith alone. All who trust in God will receive the atoinment of Jesus. With Islam, it is in fact your good deeds that saves. All who's good works outweigh their evil works, will be saved.

Islam doesn't say only your good deed get you there. I am sorry to say this but your small critique needs some corrections. In Islam it's upto the mercy of the creator that lets one to heaven. But hell is defined for the corrupt ones.

Joseph Jayiya this god you speak of is not the core concept of Hinduism. Who is the creator, preserver and destroyer of all of existence? One word...Brahman. End of story. When the concept of Brahman was indigestible for majority of people, then people gave a personification to god to at least grasp some idea of it. When everyone created a god then numbers went into millions (330millions) but a common Hindu would say 7-8gods are the main ones. Ultimately Brahman is ultimate without a second. If that cannot be understood than go with whatever is your cup of tea. Hell doesn’t exist in the concept of Hinduism.

The Vedic literature does not paint Reincarnation as a "good" thing. In fact, all of the Vaishnava movements are about getting BACK TO GODHEAD. Moksha (Liberation) is the reward for those who desire God more than they desire the things of this world... Focus on God and forget about the things of this world... In the end, the Abrahamic Faiths are right. The Vedic emphasis is about escaping Samsara. And you are wrong about placing all the Abrahamic religions on the same level. If you're speaking about Islam, then say Islam. No Jews or Christians are killing anyone in order to "get to heaven" and make their bbq's
@krisryali

Can you explain "In the end, the Abrahamic Faiths are right". ? FYI. heaven and Moksha ( liberation ) are not same. i actually don't know if getting to heaven is getting god in christianity? Then who goes to heaven? is there eligibility criteria? or Every christian goes to heaven? if not what happens to those who do not go to heaven? God himself reincarnated many times. Reincarnation is way to get rid of karma Also the line "Focus on God and forget about the things of this world" is not correct but experience the material world and realize that it is not eternal joy or happiness. To add more, Desiring god is not only the way to attain liberation. Even an atheist can also attain moksha.

Ar Ra, Jews do not believe in a fiery Hell. That idea emerged in Christianity -- probably from one of the Roman, Greek, Persian, Egyptian, or other traditions that were popular during Christianity's formative years -- and was also taken up by Islam. Jewish tradition generally (that is, among those who concern themselves with the afterlife at all, which many don't, and like in every tradition, there's a variance in belief) teaches of an outer darkness -- frequently called "Gehennom" or the "sitra achra", the "other side" -- where only a few souls are banished after a period in which any dross that has adhered to the soul from its earthly lifetime is shed (occasionally referred to as chastening or "burning away," not the same as hellfire). The "outer darkness" is far from the Divine Light, as such souls are unusually evil. It's a dark and cold place, not a hot one, and no one claims to know who is going there and who isn't. Rather, it's thought that everyone has the potential to ultimately leave Gehennom. You may be surprised to learn that traditionally, Jewish teaching includes a form of reincarnation in which each soul is given a number of years to learn its lessons/complete its assignment on Earth. If it doesn't achieve this in one lifetime, it may return to complete it, however many times it takes. (I say "traditionally" because many modern movements within Judaism have no official position on the afterlife, and people are rather free to believe as they choose about it.) Also, Judaism doesn't make any claims as to who is doing what or going where in the afterlife. That is considered -- by those who know their tradition, anyway, I can't vouch for wingnuts -- to be God's business, not theirs. Jews don't seek converts; rather, people who live ethical lives within their own traditions are considered to be just as honorable and worthy of elevation as those who follow a Jewish path. And yes, Jews have a "fundamentalist" minority (that's technically a Christian term for a certain movement within Christianity but now has a wider use) who believe terrible things, as do all religious groups, unfortunately. But they're a minority and don't represent anything approaching a mainstream POV, according to the tradition. BTW, quoting texts that are centuries old on such subjects gets a lot of people into weird territory. In the old days, most groups officially said terrible and dehumanizing things about other groups. Some indigenous peoples referred to themselves as "the people," or "human beings" to differentiate themselves from anyone else. It's a bad old tendency -- a defensive strategy, really -- that's almost universal among humans. Hopefully, we're learning to do better. Also, consider that where these attitudes and even rules are most stringent, you'll find a history of a lot of intergroup mingling. Rulers had a tendency to come down hardest where the forbidden activity was going on a lot. Because if it wasn't, there wouldn't be a need for rules (from their POV). It's an important perspective when studying history to realize that the rules were made because people in power were freaking out about what many -- perhaps most -- of their group was doing. In the Bible, some of the prophets railed against worship of the so-called Hebrew Goddess, the Queen of Heaven. Why? Because such worship was widespread. I hope that this is helpful information.

First of all Christianity stands on flimsy infantile concept of original sin. The whole concept of SUPPOSEDLY sins of a couple gets transferred to whole mankind eternally. This is from a loving God who is omniscience, who knew all along what Adam and Eve gonna do. He punishes the entire mankind but he loves you . Its a He and not a She. And he sends his own son who by the way is Himself to save humanity which btw didn’t need saving in the first place only if this male God had some sense. And if you don’t believe in this rubbish , this God who is full of love and kindness will roast you in hell eternally . And this pastor wants us to focus on this Christian God!!! The pastor knows bugger all about Hinduism, but happy to comment on it! Good one Pastor

At the end this is all creation of human mind. But in reality know one knows what happens after death only we know that when you losses your loved once it give you immense pain grief and sadness sometimes people couldn't recover from the trauma. Every one have there faith you can believe what ever you like to believe but death is there for all without partiality. And pain of lossing loved one that too is also same for all. It is just our brain make story to avoid fear of your own death and reduce the grief of lossing loved one.

He doesn't pull information from puranas which are practiced by majority of Hindus, specially Garuda purana for death rituals.there are 9 to 11 puranas in Hinduism which is story based mostly. Puranas have lot of components based on fear while Vedas, upnishads and advaita is fear free.
