‘What happens after you buy a house’… you get an immediate council tax bill and a number of threatening letters to pay your tv licence 😂 that’s what usually happens to me!… nice vid 👍

Thanks for the register title ASAP tip, this has come at the perfect time for a property I'm completing tomorrow and looking to refinance in around 6months. Really appreciate 🙏

Great summary of all the key points to be aware of post purchase. A good solicitor would handle all of this effortlessly so my top tip - it really makes the difference paying a bit more to get good legal services for property purchase. If purchasing with a mortgage, the bank would keep the title deeds, so you'd probably just get the congratulations letter from your expensive solicitor. 😎

Very useful video, but do you have a video like - first steps when you actually got a key's (something like-take a meter reading, get in touch with council etc. )

Can you make a video what you would do with 10k and 20k and 30k please would be really amazing
Would you have advice/existing video for someone living in their current home who would like to move to another property and let out their current home so how to go about moving their current mortgage to a buy-to-let mortgage?

Speak to a good mortgage broker about a LEt-toBuy mortgage. Takes money out of your current property to go towards your onward purchase whilst allowing you to rent out your current place. (Rough summary)

Jamie love your videos and really inspiring, just need to get some more properties. I like the idea of the retention for left waste etc. Do you have anymore info, is it common for a solicitor to do? Thanks

You'll need to enquire to different solicitors to make sure they are in the know

Thanks Jamie, some informative content in this video. I didn’t know about the same day exchange and completion. What are the steps I would need to take to make that happen?, choose a solicitor that has the relevant experience?

I am interested to start business in property sector. I watch your videos which are very useful and I learnt a lot from it. But I couldn't find the answer of one question. I have my personal home, on which I didn't pay stamp duty. If I buy a second home then I will pay stamp duty on it. When I am going to sell it back, what will happen to stamp duty? The buyer will compare the price of property with market. How can I add more price to property which cover the actual price + my paid stamp duty + interest?

You make your money when you buy it not when you sell it

When I last moved my removal company driver told me a story how on a Friday he moved houses for a woman and due to delays on the chain he had to park the lorry with all of her house stuff in a secure parking over the weekend.
