Mam mere braces Ortho ka treatment 2 year me braces nikale or abhi tak plate lagana pad raha hai abhi bhi teeth hil rahe hai mere treatment wali mam ne bola mere teeth me haddi nhi bani abhi tak isliye hil rahe or me abhi tak 7-8 month se regular plate laga raha hu but ab mujhe mere teeth strong karna hai or plate nhi lagani ab july me 3 year ho jayenge Please help me 😢
