I think they would’ve made a great team, Hernandez was a cop with genuinely good intentions, he could’ve served as an inside man for CJ and helped out whenever CJ or his crew got into trouble, eventually bringing down Tenpenny

Really wish he told his Supervisors of what CRASH was doing. He could have turned the Dept. Around and helped out Grove Street, considering Grove Street hates drugs.

I always find it weird when officer Hernandez, got shot by officer Pulaski and probably got buried that. CJ dug up that suppose be a fit the both of him and CJ, after Pulaski runaway then chase down and killed him. I think that Jimmy could have be alive after killing Pulaski as I don’t think, that Jimmy was hurt that bad as he could’ve be saved and help CJ. Bring down officer Tenpenny and Big Smoke.
