While I'll agree, he may be a good or even great biblical teacher, none of this is in the Bible.. It's Jewish tradition, which isn't specifically identified in scripture the way that Hebrews practice it.. They have extra-biblical texts or traditions that aren't in the Bible, it's simply passed down through cultural means, rather than how the Holy Spirit works through humanity.. Look at Numbers chapter 19, that is where you find the ceremony involving the red heifer. When I read it there is no mention of the need of an altar, just cedar wood, hyssop and scarlet wool. Could be wrong but again read Numbers 19 if you're curious about what is up with the red heifers.

Ark of the covenant was replaced with the Temple since Solomon built the 1st, and Herod built the 2nd. The actual sacrifice happens in the Temple, with the original ark of the covenant. The purification with red heifers ashes is all for the actual sacrifice. It is NOT the sacrifice itself. Hope it makes sense.

If you start reading in Ezekiel 40-43 there is all the measurements and beautiful description of the temple. Ezekiel says he was taken in the vision of God to a high mountain. There Ezekiel encountered a man whose appearance was like bronze. I think this has to be Yeshua. So the man starts measuring. He in fact does a lot of precise measuring. Then at certain points the man tells Ezekiel what certain places will be for. Ezekiel 40:38-39 - for offerings Ezekiel 40:45-46 - for the priest Ezekiel 41:4 - this is the most holy Ezekiel 42:13 - where the priest who are near to YHVH eat the most holy things Ezekiel 43:1-2 "Then he led me to the gate, and the gate facing towards the east, and behold, the glory of the God of Israel was coming from the way of the east, and His voice was like the sound of many waters and the earth shone with His glory." I don't know how we could possibly think that God is not in the building of the temple. The vision is given to Ezekiel by God. Yeshua I believe is measuring the temple but the fact that the glory of YHVH filled the house. Ezekiel 43:5 How could this be man's doing? But as Bill said, I too believe we do not know when. Things could speed up or slow down and Father is in total control of the gas peddle and the break. His will be done His kingdom come! ❤

The Red Heifer is a slaughtering, not a sacrifice. Also, it is burned in a pit, not on top of an Alter. It takes roughly 3 days for it to be entirely burned, and during that time, if it were to be burned atop of an Altar, you would have ashes blowing everywhere. The red hiefer, which must be sacrificed according to their custom, will be burnt on a ceder wood alter just as Abraham used on the Holy mount. Their custom says this sacrifice must be made before they can start to rebuild. Also, It has to be done before October, as the hiefers will be too old after that.
