@max payne what I meant with my comment is that this "Pokémon" nioxnin aj suggested gave is way too specific with the details, so much that it reached a suspiciously weird state. As for Plusle and Minun, they are just the typical Electrick Rodent Pokémon that we get each Gen, in this case Plusle and Minun, they represent Positive and Negative current, which is a pretty fitting for the theme they are going for, Plusle's Stats represent a more offensive distribution while Minun's represent a more defensive distribution which connects to the + - Theme they go for,are they the best Pokémon by design? Definitely not, but their design is clever enough to stand out from other Pokémon, so they aren't totally bland nor the worst Pokémon in existence. At least they aren't Skwovet, that mfker is literally just a generic Squirrel you'd find in a tree in the closest park, it has no redeeming qualities whatsoever.

Have you tried evolving a low level pokemon into a newer generation pokemon and then seeing if that pokemon will learn moves from its actual moveset and if it'll evolve like it should? Examples: Evolve a sub level 5 pokemon into Togepi, does it learn Metronome at level 5, Sweet Kiss at level 9? Will it evolve when happiness is high into Togetic? I assume you can't get a Shiny Stone to complete the evolution line. Evolve a sub level 20 pokemon into Nincada, at level 20 do you get Ninjask? Do you also get a Shedinja if you have an empty party slot and a spare Poke Ball? Evolve a Mr. Mime into a Mime Jr. Can it then evolve back into Mr. Mime when it has Mimic and levels up (both are supposed to learn Mimic at level 15)?

As cool of an idea as it is.. probably won’t happen. Cuz they have AVs in this game that can all be maxed and that would be hard to convert to EVs since you can’t max out all of your EVs, plus what abilities would you give the Pokémon and all that yadda yadda only one that might be transferable would be Meltan and melmetal and even then I kinda doubt it
