The difference is that consciousness is occurring. Otherwise, it's essentially the same state.

No u are awake in your inner self by which u experience self realisation of your true existence.. it's not sleep or deep sleep.. it's simple .. just keep doing Google search inside your self and keep deleting everything u feeling hear think experience as unwanted waste to be thrown in dustbin..after 40/50 mins u will start touching ur true self for 4/5 seconds when mind is calm without any processes..
