In this era, many think just because there is an internet then there is no excuse, we need to remember there is hugh number of poorly educated people speaking as scholars, many negative news and individual actions in the name of this religion, many bad muslims and a poor image collectively. Adnan Ibrahim spoke about this beautifully, may God protect him. God will take all of this into consideration, as He is fair and merciful as he stated.

Personally I feel like like its stated by Allah how Allah loves us the amount of 70 mother's love and how among several of Allah's beautiful names Ar Rehman and Rahim. However, it would be good to hear about the stories of him ordering raids, executions, torture, discussion of his ~40 slaves, marriage to the woman whose entire family he just killed, marriage to the wife of his adopted son, etc.

Verse 3:19 is very clear that the only Deen (religion) in the sight of God is the Islam (Submission to God). Then the verse 3:85 says that whoever desires any Deen other than the Islam would not be accepted by God and he would be a loser in the hereafter. The wordings of the Quran are very very precise, and therefore keen observers cannot fail to notice two things here. First the use of the definite article Al before Islam which narrows it down to a specific meaning.Second, those who take paths other than THE Islam would be lost but 3:85 does not explicitly mention heaven or hell here. I am afraid that so many sects among the Muslims have already made up their own alternative paths. Only God knows better.

Indeed, the faults within Islam are really the same that any other religion. The fact is that being a muslim, jew, or hindu, does not give you liberation, nor salvation, nor virtue. But you can get these things only by practicing firmly and honestly one of these traditions. I have seen enough in my life to know that the "us" and the "others" thing is merely an ilusion we create to feel that we are the "good" ones. But we are not, we cannot achieve goodness without abandoning pride and false assumptions. We will never be right, but wi can achieve rightiousness. I respect and admire good muslims, as well i admire good and noble christians, hindus and buddhists. When you get to say that something is totally bad or totally good, is because you dont actually know that thing. Allah said in the holy book and even in the hadith that if a non-muslim dies (in our era where there's no longer a valid holly religion) then they will go to hell as it's impossible for any non-muslim to get into heaven after they die. Actually there is something we muslims dont talk about enought. Its the fact that beyong religions belong, the is also nature of someone. In some cases , friendly, you can fell closer and have more common points with someone who is non muslim, and even have a better human relation than someone who is your muslim brother in religion, but who can be rude, mean, aggressive, closed mind Etc. I'm not Muslim (I've met about 3 Muslims in my life - all only briefly). I have grown up in and I believe in a different religion. But these days I am searching into different religions, and I think I will have to pray earnestly so God can reveal which one is true. Right now, I do not know. But it feels like, every religion says that it is true. Even though only one can be true. So how will I know? God hasn't told everyone which one is true. My parents prayed and seeked God a lot, and believe He showed them their religion (Christianity) is true. But the Muslim woman in a video I watched recently said she also prayed and seeked a lot, and believes God revealed that Islam is true. Clearly one of them must be wrong, but then, how will I ever know which religion to follow, if even by diligently seeking with an open heart people can get different answers? I know I believe in God, and I want to live in the way that God wants. But I don't know how to do that. I don't know which way is the right way. And while I want to research more into my parents religion and other religions, I'm worried I will only become more confused. Has anyone here ever been in a situation where you wondered which religion was true? How did you handle it?
